Jan 2017: I lived at Progress 910 for the first two years it was open. Everything went okay honestly, until I moved out. I left my place in pristine condition. My family and I spent a full day and a half moving out and cleaning. My biggest regret was not attending the move out walk-through, where management comes through and inspects your place. Had I been there, I would have been able to avoid $235 worth of fines that they hit me with. They charged me for everything from dust on the fan to repainting walls that did not exceed normal wear and tear. They could not comprehend that I lived there for two years and that sun had made the paint fade.

Dec 2016: This apartment complex is not what you would expect it to be from a residential standpoint. The walls in each unit are paper thin with cracks form floor to ceiling. The power went out more than once due to an "old breaker box" when the complex was only 1 year old. Some outlets in units do not work. Upon move out, I was cleared as far as charges went and did not receive a final bill until a month past the deadline that was given for final charges. When this bill was received, there were astronomical charges applied to my roommates and I for things such as $4 each person to clean the dryer filter, $30 to clean common room furniture, $75 for touch-up paint in the bedroom, $50 for touch-up paint in the common area, $10 to wipe out drawers and furniture in the bedroom, etc.

Dec 2015: Great place to live. Easy to meet people, especially outside by the pool and fire pit. If you are new to the area or just want a new group I would recommend Progress for sure!
Nov 2015: It was falsely advertised and management was terrible treating me like I didn't matter because I was a college student.

Hey, well, as leasing agents they can't know everything about their tenants prior to their moving in, and that we understand. But, when you are paying to rent an apartment that is marketed as safe for college students and offers "peace of mind" for parents, you would think that they would at least be concerned that they have kids near ODing in their apartments. But when we made the trip to Wilmington to move our son out, the leasing agents told us we had no proof of the drug use. True, we didn't, but why don't they even care that we are paying for this advertised "peace of mind" and we have none.

Jan 2015: It is so great to live here. The overall vibe of this place is just straight up overwhelming. Oct 2014: Progress 910 is hands down the best possible place to live in Wilmington. It's my second year at UNCW and I couldn't ask for anything more than to live with all my friends in the same building in what feels like a resort. The staff is all super friendly and nice and everyone I've met in progress all kind-of have the same attitude like "wow, I can't believe we live here."
