- 7 month lease
1 bedroom in 1 bed 1 bath.
I’m looking to find someone to take over my current lease for my 1 bedroom/1 bath, sq ft apartment at University Lake Apartments as I’m moving out of state. The apartment is located on the second floor, facing the 🏊 pool. Lease takeover will be done through the property owner (GSC apartments) and an entirely new lease will be written for the new tenant(s).
Lease take over term: November th, (earliest possible availability) through May ,
Monthly rent: If student (including graduate students), $ base rent (no utilitiesincluded). If non-student (including post-docs), $ base rent (no utilitiesincluded). I typically pay an additional $ per month in utilities and fees (🌊 water,💡electricity, pest control, sewer, and garbage disposal).
Application fees: $ application fee to process application. Upon approval $ temporary hold fee upon approval, which will be applied toward your next month’s rent, along with $ security deposit fee (if student). If non-student, $ security deposit.
Apartment tour: Here’s a virtual tour of the apartment layout. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YNhgWzQVfWE. I’ve attached images of the actual apartment you would be renting, which has a slightly different layout: 1 foot longer countertop, a full size dishwasher, and one additional overhead cabinet.
Appliances/furniture: Apartment has washer/dryer in unit. Some of the furniture has the option of being included (free of charge) in the apartment for you to keep permanently, including the sofa, coffee table, end table, bookshelf, overhead toilet shelf, plastic dresser in closet, and a moveable countertop (I used it as a coffee bar). If you don’t want any of these items or do not specify, I will remove them prior to my move out (before November th). Apartment will be fully emptied (excluding any specified furniture you’d like) and 🎇cleaned prior to my move out as well.
Location: 3 minute 🚶 walk from the J 🚌 bus stop. minute 🚶 walk to UNC campus.
Please let me know if you are interested or have any questions! I can answer any questions you have and get you in contact with the apartment complex to talk to them or get the application process moving.
