I am looking for someone to take over my spot in a four-bed, two-bath apartment. The location is excellent, and the apartment is an outstanding value. It’s around the Business school, UNC Hospital, Baity Hill, and Merritt’s (they have the 🏆best sandwiches in the area!). I am only moving out to move in closer to my department (I am a Ph.D. student). The Business school is a -minute 🚶 walk, the Dental school is around minutes 🚶 walk, the school of Medicine is less than minutes 🚶 walk, and the Old Well is about a -minute 🚶 walk. A parking lot and bicycle parking station are available in front of the house. The rent is $ per person (I can consider a discount), and utilities are around $ monthly. I have no complaints about the apartment or the landlord and will miss the apartment. The remaining roommates are graduate students but aren’t too picky. The lease starts in December or January.
