The townhouse is a 2bd2.5ba with an additional bonus room downstairs used as a combo office/guest room, which you would have access to, also. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished, up to you (furnishings in pictures are a previous roommates), and youd have your own bathroom. The closet is pretty massive, youd have a parking spot right out the front door, and theres plenty of guest parking, too.
The neighborhood is kind of tucked away in the woods right next to the I-/ interchange, so it feels super isolated and private even though theres loads of shopping and 🍔 restaurants less than five minutes away. The Five Oaks neighborhood has its own clubhouse, 🏊 pool, tennis courts, volleyball court, dog park, 🚶 walking trails, and fishing lake, and they do tons of events.
I am friendly, impulsive, usually pretty chatty, and Im told Im pretty hilarious. I like to play video games and read, I dont watch much 📺 tv, and like most Millennials I am trying half-heartedly to overcome a smartphone addiction.

I have two cats, so any 🐕 pets youd want to bring would need to be able to get along with them.
My warts: some⌚times I put off unloading the dishwasher. I often forget to collect the mail. My cats favorite sleeping spots get furry, but I usually hire a 🎇cleaning service to compensate. I can be distract-able, and I have occasional moody days where Id rather sit quietly and not have to speak to anyone. What are your "warts"?
