I am looking for someone to take over my lease from Dec. , - Aug. at The Station on Washington (of course the starting ⌚time is flexible and you can choose the move-in date whenever you want). It&#;s a luxury apartment near the East Bank campus. The unit is well furnished 2bedroom/2bathroom. My unit is on 6th floor and have a good view. My roommate is also looking for people to take over her lease, we are welcome to add other people, your friends or your partner.

-About 1 min 🚶 walk to the EAST BANK STATION
-The apartment provides a public gym, study lounge, yoga room, etc. All of them are 🎇cleaned everyday.
-Pet allowed but need to contact with the apt office.
-Walgreens, Chase Bank, Caribou, Roti Modern Mediterranean and Haiku Japanese Bistro are downstairs, Starbucks, Graduate Hotel and Applebee are across the street. Super convenient.
