Aug 2019: I lived here for two years, maintenance was probably my favorite part of living here, and location. Management is very "it is what the lease says" and does not care much for their residents. Parking was a nightmare for a year and I worked until 3am for my job and could never park near my building, yet alone in the complex. I was actually told "oh well, park across the street at Lowes" once by a lady at the front desk when asking for a solution. Maintenance is the one who actually took it into consideration and found options for me (ironic how that works). I used the management as a resource during a very big move and asked so many questions, they guided me in the entire wrong direction and basically screwed me over financially. I get all of these emails regarding my lease, but it specifically asks you not to respond. When calling the office for questions, no one answers. There are less and less parking spots available and more and more visitor cars with no permit hanging from the rear view mirrors. You said you were going to have those cars towed and still nothing has happened. If you don't take measures the residents are going to start taking matters into their own hands. DO. YOUR. Jun 2019: Not a resident but I was visiting my boyfriend! Complex had a emergency and water had to be shut off! I had a chemical relaxer in my hair property manager went above and beyond to help me!!!! I appreciate it!!! Review from Google
Jun 2019: This is the first review I’ve ever made... my apartment is roach infested since the day I’ve moved in April and I’m still dealing with it today. I woke up this morning to probably the queen of all roaches crawling into my bedroom and that’s Not the first huge roach I’ve seen. The other one was in my food cabinet. I clean my apartment every day with Clorox and make sure there are no dishes in the sink and throw out the trash every day and all my food is sealed... I have been contacting corporate and still have not received an answer from them.... also you can’t send packages to the community because other residents steal them from the front door and the office does not accept packages... I wouldn’t really consider this luxury living. The people in the office are nice and respectful.. especially Sabrina - she’s been super nice... I just feel like my issue with the roaches are not being taken seriously Review from Google
Jun 2019: My partner and I starting to look around for apartments this week. I can't speak for living in the homes as of right now, but the prices were reasonable and our leasing agent Sabrina was amazing. She was very friendly, full of good information, genuine, and honestly a breath of fresh air compared to a lot of other leasing experiences we've had in the area. Review from Google

May 2019: Guys never live here. I have been living here Since September 2018. I have made more than 15 complaints for no hot water, problem still exists. Their service guys who are goons messed my whole room. Very professional and careless. Apr 2019: Lived here multiple times over the years and this is the only complex I’ve wanted to write a review for. To put it simply, office staff are awesome. Maintenance staff are prompt and friendly. Haven’t had any real problems that couldn’t be fixed over the past two years. Come in and talk to Christina because she’s fantastic. Review from Google

This monument does not fit the owner of a complex such as Marbella Apt444 I was shocked to withdraw the deposit, although I Paid Amount not refundable ($ 350) The apartment has been cleaned better than it was, and if you will take the amount to change the carpet and clean it, that is mean I lived on it even though it was used before. The fridge was clean also the floor. i did not use the oven from the bottom, I want a $ 500 refund, You have 350 $ non refundable Why? and for what? Mar 2019: I have loved living here ! Staff is great, leasing staff is always very helpful . Maintenance guys always come quick and fix any issues i have in my apartment. Amenities are always kept nice and clean. I love the 24 hour gym and having two pools is great especially when family and friends come over there is alot to do here. Review from Google
Mar 2019: I would 1st like to say the staff is amazing very friendly and full of knowledge about their complex. The pool area and the all extra amenities are a super plus. Mar 2019: Management and staff are awful. Management doesn’t keep up their part of lease agreements. Property is not taken care of. Gates are always broken. Service requests are handled extremely slow and often not handled at all. The times maintenance has come to fix something in the unit they’ve tracked in dirt and have left stains in the carpet. Parking is a nightmare. They give out parking passes to residents but don’t enforce the towing policy when people without passes park in resident parking spaces and not in the designated visitor parking. So more often than not residents are left without a parking space. But if you park anywhere other than a designated parking space you get a threat about your car being towed. When this was brought up to management they told me that if I wanted “assigned” parking I could rent a garage for $70 more a month. Management always claims nothing is their fault and when you bring issues to their attention it takes days for them to respond and you constantly have to follow up on things Review from Google
Mar 2019: I’ve been living here for almost 8 years and it has been a phenomenal experience. Very peaceful property with a very friendly staff. The gym and pool are superb.
Feb 2019: I left the apartment permanently on Monday 18 February at 4:30 am because I had an early flight. I left the apartment’s keys with my friend, who’s also a resident at the Mirabella, to hand over to the front desk and she did so on the 20th of Feb. I’ve also went to the front desk a month prior to my flight to ask about the necessary steps and what I need to know but no one has mentioned that I should return the key or be fined over that. I figured it’s common sense to change the locks for the new resident but I left the keys with my friend to be returned anyway. There’s also the issue of carpet cleaning. I only have it in the bedroom so how come they mentioned it’s going to cost $85 to clean? When I moved into the apartment the oven and microwave were so dirty and I had to clean and let it air before I was able to use it and I left it in a good and clean condition but they want to fine me for cleaning services of the oven Review from Google
Jan 2019: I gave Mirabella four stars a year ago, but due to recent experiences I would no longer recommend anyone move here. While the apartments are decent for the price, the parking situation is abominable and it cost me $125. First of all, we have to pay for parking decals that mean absolutely nothing because they refuse to tow cars that are parked without decals. Second, there are ZERO parking spots available after 11 p.m. And management expects you to, "drive around likes it's Wal-Mart until you find a spot, because you're not entitled to a parking space." I don't pay $1,144 to live at Wal-Mart and waste my precious time trying to park WHERE I LIVE. Despite being a resident with a tag, I was forced to park on the curb which had recently been painted yellow to indicate it's a fire lane. I go to leave for work and my car is gone. Jan 2019: (Edit: After posting my original review, the manager reached out to me to apologize for my initially negative experience. She was very kind and understanding, and I no longer have a bad taste in my mouth when I think about my time at Mirabella. I've adjusted my review accordingly.) POSITIVES: Good location. You're only a couple lights from Waterford Lakes Town Center. It's incredibly convenient to have so many amenities so close. The apartments are comfortable. You get your own laundry. Some of the units have wood-look vinyl floors, and some of them have granite countertops (mine had both). My apartment was clean, and although I've read that some people have experienced bug infestations, I had no issues with any insects during my time there. NEGATIVES: Some AC units are old and broken. Nov 2018: Worst apartment complex I’ve ever seen they charge you for parking permits and don’t enforce the permit. got people parking illegally nobody gets towed. No cameras people steal your packages and they only take one bag of garbage out because there too cheap to hire a garbage company that drives anything larger than a ford ranger. This place is a joke and the people that run it will Jew you out of every penny you got. Sad Review from Google
