I booked an appointment to tour an available apartment and was in awe of how beautiful and quiet the community is. The apartments are gorgeous and have the luxury aesthetic I am looking for.
It was a true joy working with the staff, specifically Genesis. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I appreciate the extra care/attention she provided. Genesis has made my apartment search experience one of a kind ! Review from Google

Oct 2019: I've been living at knights bridge at Stoneybrook for about 8 years now. I've seen a lot of coming and going but one things I can say is that I love it here. They have made a lot of significant changes to the apartments, for the better of course. The apartments look amazing, and as far as the leasing office and management, what can I say to notch professionalism. One person that comes to mind is Ms. Charlene Lopez who I just love to death. She is very helpful and knowledgeable and you can tell she cares about the residents. Wonderful job she is doing, so I would recommend Knightsbridge at Stoneybrook to anyone. The location is convenient and close to many businesses, yet separate from the craziness of a busy area. Management requires background checks for new residents and in my experience, living here, it's a safe area surrounded with great schools. I like living somewhat close to the coast and downtown. Additionally, I love this area and it's convenient location. These are the main reasons I've lived in this community for the last five years. Nevertheless, during the last five years, management has changed at least three times with at least four different owners (or so I've been told) and with different apartment managers. With every change, policies are changed, priorities change and even the maintenance crew has been switched around at least three times. Jul 2019: I just wanted to take the time out to write a review for Charlene, she was great. I was really stressed and it was raining and she toured me with a smile on her face the entire time. Jul 2019: Honestly, my first apartment complex and the only reason I’d leave is whenever I get my first house. Super helpful and they honestly try as much as they can to help you out. Maintenance does not wait longer than a day to follow up. The ladies Charlene, Genesis, Margie, and Veronica are just phenomenal and I couldn’t have choose a better place to get my first apartment and feel at home.

Jul 2019: Love living here! The staff here are so friendly and always greets us with a smile. When we do leave here I will give a more in depth review which so far will most likely be a positive one. There is so much wildlife here. My son goes and catches lizards and in the evening the tree frogs and Toads. We love seeing the raccoons and they do make us laugh. The deer are really pretty. The grounds are well maintained and so is the pool. If we do run into an issue it is addressed straight away or as soon as they possibly can.

I recently renewed my lease and I had the pleasure of working with Charlene. She was just as awesome as Genesis. She made my transition from one apartment to next so smoothly. I feel safe which is a priority of mine when living in apartments. I love how we are surrounded by wildlife! Sometimes I see families of deer walking around! The valet trash service is convenient, but I do wish there was a place for recyclables as well. I drive a little out of my way to drop off my recyclables. The maintaince crew is quick to respond but I recommend calling in the order instead of placing it online because it is quicker. Move in was fairly easy. There were some things the office forgot to tell me, but I called later on and got my questions answered. Everyone who works in the office has been very sweet and helpful with everything iv needed. In the beginning I was having trouble getting maintenance to complete jobs, but the community app that we use to pay bills is a great way to make sure maintenance requests get done, as it keeps a history and lets you know if they have completed a job. Staff in the main office is always there and is friendly and helpful. There is a lot of tailgating into the complex as others have mentioned, but there is plenty of security including cameras and an on duty guard at the first gate.
