Looking for someone to over my lease from now to July . The apartment is a derby floor plan (4x4). None of my other roommates will be living there over the summer so it will be a quiet and private place. Amenities include gym, 🏊 pool table, study lounges, printer, coffee, hot tub, hammocks, 🍔 grill, and multiple court yards. The unit has a good view to the 🏊 pool. Location is very near to campus and 🚶 walkable distance to most classes.
