Great spot, there&#;s a convenience/liquor store right down the steps and a drug store/coffee shop and Irregardless Cafe in the neighborhood. Close enough to 🚶 walk to the Village District, downtown, or campus on a nice day, also about a minute 🚶 walk from the Wolfline and plenty of scooters available. There are occasional parties and a frat house next door, but I&#;ve only had serious complaints about noise once or twice. Roommate is friendly, never had a problem with him. The only problem is parking; I have to park across Hillsborough Street and both of the cross🚶 walks are out of the way. More onsite spots might open up over the summer; I&#;m on the waitlist for onsite parking but I don&#;t know if you&#;ll inherit my spot. Parking is included in the rent above; it&#;s $ per month without parking.
