1. Scene One Condominiums are located just west of the ASU Tempe campus. You are on the Orbit Route and close to the light rail station. The community is made up of one bedroom, 595 sq ft, apartments fully equipped with all major kitchen appliances, and Washer and Dryer hook-ups for a stack unit (not sure if Scene One is related to having one bedroom apartments).
2. The community offers a Pool with hot tub.
3. As Scene One was built in 1983 it shows a little age, but many of the units have been updated inside.
4. There are many different owners within Scene One, so pet policy, prices, and lease length can vary greatly. Pick your landlord wisely!!!
