Hi everyone! I&#;m subleasing my bed space at University House in a 3x3 style apartment. The $ includes parking and all amenities! There is only one other person living in the apartment as the 3rd roommate went back home because of COVID. I have the second biggest bedroom to myself with it&#;s own, bathroom and 🚶 walk-in closet. There is a big balcony furnished already because we are on the top floor. It&#;s less than 5 minutes away from 💛 UCF. There aren&#;t any bigs, and noise isn&#;t a problem. 👩 girls only please! Like I said rent is per month, but I can negotiate if necessary. Please message me asap! Looking for someone to take over February rent. until the end of lease term in July.
