I currently live at The Quad on University Blvd. in Orlando, FL just down the street from University of Central Florida. Amenities include a gym, 🏊 pool and cabana, beach volleyball court, basketball court, and lots of room for dog🚶 walking around the property. The Quad is located near lots of great 🍔 restaurants, Publix, 7/, and Walgreens right across the street, Starbucks, new Lineage Coffee Shop and more right down the street. There&#;s also a 🚌 shuttle to take you to 💛 UCF and Valencia College. The $. that I pay a month is the entirety of my rent, utilities, and any other charges. The Quad is a super fun place to stay when you&#;re in school because you know your neighbors are all students too. The homes are all 2-story town houses with 4 bedrooms and 4 private bathrooms attached to your room. Spacious kitchen and living room, pantry for storage, and an in-unit washer and dryer plus storage space and outdoor space. The room I rent is bedroom A, which is the only bedroom downstairs, meaning its actually a lot bigger than the rest of the rooms. The restroom is a Jack and Jill meaning you have the entrance from the bedroom into the bathroom, and a door from the living room to the bathroom. There are locks on both doors, so you can lock the door to the living room from the inside so that no one can enter that way.
