I am subleasing my apartment at The Pointe at Central from May 1st through July st (dates are somewhat flexible)! It is a 💛 UCF affiliated apartment complex super close to campus. The complex has 🚌 shuttles that run to and from 💛 UCF. The Pointe is a 🌉 gated community with two separate 🏊 pools and 🍔 grilling areas as well as a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court, and gym. The apartment is a 4x2. So you will have your own bedroom, share a bathroom with one other 👩 girl, and share the living room and kitchen with three other 👩 girls. The apartment is on the third floor so it has lofted ceilings making it a lot more spacious than the other floors. I am also in Bedroom C which is the biggest bedroom in the apartment with a bigger closet than the other options as well. The apartment is fully furnished and the price includes utilities. You will not pay more than $ a month no matter what your utilities usages are. Please message me for more details or pictures.
