Hi! My name is DaShonda Morgan and I’m looking to sublease my room for the Fall and Spring term! It’s a 4 bed 4 bath apartment with all 👩 femaleroommates. You’ll have your own private bathroom and the only thing you share with other roommates is the living room area and the kitchen. It’s a pretty big space for 4 people, the apartment is very spacious. You’ll also have a 🏊 pool view from the balcony and the room window. I’m a 🎇neat freak so the room is well kept. no damages to anything! I also have no pets so the carpet is very 🎇clean. My favorite part of the whole room is the sliding mirror closet doors, as well as having 2 closets. If you decide to sublease my room it will be $/month and I will cover % of first months rent.
