Jul 2019: Very bad experience five years back would not recommend living here at all staff is heartless. There was a fire in our building lot of water damage the staff said they would help us instead gave us seven day notice to move out. Thirteen family had no where to go, on top of that they call me five days before I had to leave and told me to get my stuff out of the apartment. Had to wait a month to get my full deposit back and the working stole my food and coffee maker. They suck, don't know if the same company but they are rude and awful. No Stars ! I called bfefore walking in and noone answered. So when I walked in the leasing office there where two ladys sitting there one was helping A lady the other was just sitting there while the phone rang !!
On many sites including their own it says there is availability ...But the lady told me there isnt...Now the other lady helping the woman (spaniah) told her there was
The complex is beautiful ..I just think they cater to the spanish community more. Literally 90% of residents we seen where of Hispanic background including the staff

Jan 2019: Have to say this apartment complex has been really good to me and my family. Apartments are spacious and well kept. Maintenance crew is always out keeping the area clean. Pest control every month. Super nice crew. Review from Google

Feb 2018: I've lived there for a little over 5 years and it used to be a great place to live in. However, ever since a new management and employees team took over, everything has changed. Every single person that works there besides the cleaning people are very rude and doesn't want to help us during the time of need. don't waste your time. This place is not worth it. All they can show you is the ammentities, which are all connected to the clubhouse/leasing office. The pool needed to be cleaned but that's no surprise with the weather changing and leaves falling in. They are income restricted, but they charge for quite a lot. Its $75 application per adult, even if you're a married couple. $100 holding fee for an apartment and they can't guarantee any openings for the time you're looking to move. won't know a security deposit until they've seen 6 pay stubs, your SS card, ID, and background check. You can only apply onsite, but its hard to do that since the clubhouse/office is always locked, and 3/4 times they aren't going to pick up the phone or return your call. Jan 2018: It’s 6:30 am and my neighbors still haven’t finished partying. It’s like that every weekend. The nosiest place I’ve ever lived. Too trashy for Naples. Crappy appliances, dirty when moved in. Shower is only hot for the first 10 min. Hidden fees (trash, excessive water charges). Overpriced for what you get. Can’t wait to move! The ladies at the office are sweet and the lake trail is nice. That’s what pretty much sold me on it but I can’t wait to get out. For this price there are much nicer neighborhoods. I had to pay out of pocket to treat the cockroach issue because the complex came several times with no results. When I first moved in I couldnt use my bathroom for two weeks because the water would fall into the down stairs neighbors house. There are ALWAYS cops and ambulances here. If i hadn't got through to the leasing office at the last minute then they would have charged me a late rent fee all because their online bill pay isn't working. I currently live here & they have told me since the beginning that there is only one way to pay rent: online.

Went in and there was a lady sitting at her desk, so I know they were ignoring calls. And when we asked if they were leasing any apartments the lady just said no and stared at us. She was no help at all. Try cricket club instead. They were the nicest staff of any apartment I've been to.
Review from 1/20/17 on GoogleDec 2016: If you have a family and don't have that high of an income, this is the place for you. The prices are great but they fall short on their values. I've been living here for most of my life so I can give you some insight into this place.
Here are some pros:
Price- one of the most affordable places around.
Library and public park very close by good for walking dogs or taking the kids out.
The maintenence people are very nice some even live here.
Up to 4 bedroom apartments available.
Play area in the back along with a small car wash station.
Now for some cons:
The fitness room is old and frankly only good if you are just getting into shape. You will need to get a gym membership if you are looking to bench more than 160lb

The staff here was very friendly and helpful when we were apartment hunting. I've almost lived here for a year going on nine months now and I have no complaints. The areas filled with nice families and filled with kids who are courteous and well mannered. I love it here, I've never had an issue with noise and the monthly communal events are always fun. Safe and very quiet neighborhood.
Review from 3/2/16 on GoogleFeb 2016: We lived here for a year and the electricity bill for a 2 bed 2 bath was always $150+ because they do not want to replace their units outside. They've came to fix our a/c units 4 times while living here which it would work for some months then all of a sudden it would give out again. We are moving out right now and the a/c gave out. I've called the office 3 times this morning with nothing but the answering machine picks up (which is a all the time thing). The ladies who work in the office never pick up the phone so you always have to go inside to let them know anything then they act as though they was busy or your a/c being out over Thanksgiving is okay.

To Ms. Matrtinez, Why in the world would you think the complex is responsible for lightening striking your home. This is why people purchase renters insurance not only covering the structure but also your belongings at replacement cost. I know the $12 -$15 per month may be more than you want to pay but hey, looks like it would have been beneficial for what happened.
Lucky their are so many colleges you can educate yourself in t he future and not sound like and incompetent moron. Have a great time with the rest of your life if you don't decide to be prepared.

You have to call them continuously to actually get in hold with them!! They have a drop box for residents to put their rent in and guess what the rent got stolen one month and whoever did not have their payment got a notice about late payment blah blah!! They just got an online account for everybody to pay their rent!! Its it not 2015?? Management team is horrible and that big white lady that calls herself a manager needs to be reported because she is rude and nasty!

Once I moved in they said pest control would come once a week it got to a point where I had to call to see if they would even come by again. Staff are rude people had one lady that was nice but she left. That was very smart of her. Maintenance people are rude you can't trust some of them walking into your house one older man with curly hair is good. Rent gets stolen and they say you have a three day notice to pay it when already did.
