Rent is $ (including utilities and the $ parking) a month with the rate I have, and it’s located right across campus. Close enough for 💛 UCF to send 🚍 shuttles to 🚍 bus stops (or 🚶 walk, if you’re into that) if you’d rather not park at 💛 UCF! Two of the roommates there also plan on moving out as well. The one that’s staying is very nice, quiet, and considerate, someone who can keep a steady study environment.
