Rent Payment - (include pay rent link) - Your installment is due on the 1st of the month & late on the 4th of the month. - Beginning on the 4th, late fees start at $35 and accrue at an additional $5 a day. - Acceptable forms of payment: Check, money order/cashier's check, and debit/credit card via Online Portal. - For a receipt, payments must be made during regular office hours. Payments after hours can be submitted through the rent drop box.
Financial Aid Policy and Procedure Your Financial Aid Deferment Form is due on or before the 3rd of the month to avoid late fees. Knights Circle will only defer a max of 2 consecutive installments. You CANNOT defer your first month of residence. UCF Students: To request a deferment form, you'll need to visit finaid.ucf.edu (hyperlink) Please allow 48 hours for processing before you pick up your deferment form at Millican Hall. You are responsible for taking into account the processing time when submitting your form, which will be subject to late fees if not turned in on time. Valencia/Seminole State: Please pick up a blank carbon copy deferment form from the Accounting Office to bring to your school's financial aid office for completion. Submit the completed form with a print-out of your awards summary from your school's website portal to the Accounting Office.
If planning on using Florida Prepaid, please complete the form at tinyurl.com/kc-flpp (hyperlink) before move-in. Policy and Procedure Your valid dorm plan must be on file in the Accounting Office no later than September 1st for fall semester and February 1st for the spring semester. Your first month of residence must be paid out of pocket along with any balance FLPP does not cover. Knights Circle is not responsible for communicating any unpaid balance before the rent due date. FLPP does not cover summer unless you complete an authorization form to bill as a full semester.
