There are two roommates already planning to move in, they are both 👩 females looking for another roommate to complete the apartment. The apartment is close to 💛 UCF and you only pay for rent, the 🌊 water and 💡electricity is paid for but a certain amount of 💡electricity can be consumed if exceeded then we would have to pay the additional amount. It has parking, 🏊 pool, studying spaces, gym and everything needed to live comfortably.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
