Location is extremely close to campus, you could 🚶 walk or take the 🚌 shuttle (🏆best off-campus 🚌 shuttle service at 💛 UCF)
Price includes everything--- all appliances included, freegym access, lots of activities, free parking access, and very safe/guarded community!
