Room is -B in Bldg. 1 right next to the Phase 1 office building and entrance off of Corporate Blvd. Also has easy access to the Mail Center which is less than feet away. 🚶 walking/bicycling to campus is relatively easy, however the 🚌 bus stop for the Route 1 🚌 bus to drop you off at the Student Union is right in front of the building and runs every min. Otherwise, it&#;s a five minute drive to campus. Roommates are quiet and mostly keep to themselves but are friendly if approached. Apartment is clear of clutter and has ample room in the kitchen and common area for stuff. As with all Knights Circle apartments, the rooms are already furnished and have washer/dryer units included. Room comes with a desk, chair, mattress, dresser, and nightstand with a spacious closet. Each bedroom comes with a personal bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combo. Internet, 🌊 water, and sewage are included along with maintenance. 💡electricity is provided up to an extent, any overages are divided among the four roommates.
