This room is a 4x4 in Knights Circle. Building , apartment , bedroom B. This is an all 👩 girls apartment. My building is directly behind Moes, Starbucks, and Subway. I also live right across the street to a plaza with Sus-hi, Tenders, and Valkyrie donuts. It is right across the street from campus, and they have free🚌 shuttles that come every 5 minutes to take you to campus. My building is right next to a residents only entrance, which is a nice perk. I have ❤️loved living at Knights Circle. They have free🍕 foodevents often, free printing, free coffee at the offices, and more. All the appliances in the apartment are new. They replaced the washer and dryer, 🌊 water heater, oven/stove top, ⛄ fridge, and the AC unit. There is also a dishwasher. They also have valet trash, so you just place your trash and recycling in a bin outside, and they come pick it up. The rooms and closets are very spacious. My roommates are wonderful 👩 girls, very nice, 🎇clean, respectful, and fun to be around. I am graduating in the Fall of , so you could move in right before classes start in the spring and have the opportunity to resign the lease for the upcoming year.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
