Looking for a third roommate to rent out a home in Oviedo! The hone is a 3/2.5. Will be fully furnished minus the room. The bathroom will be shared with one other person, but there is an additional half-bathroom. Currently 2 👩 females, both work full ⌚time. She is a 💛 UCF alum, I am graduating this semester but will be entering grad school. The home has a big backyard, I have 2 medium-large dogs, so no additional 🐕 pets, please. The dogs are very friendly. We are both super laid back and carefree. Company allowed over whenever. We both currently live together in a 2/1 apartment, but are looking to move to a full home with a yard in Oviedo. Utilities are not included in rent - they will be extra and divided equally.
