Subleasing my apartment starting May. There are 3 other roommates and are all 👩 girls. Super nice and friendly. They aren’t loud. The room available is the biggest one in the apartment away from everyone else. It comes fully furnished. 🐕 pet friendly. Private bedroom and private bathroom. 🚶 walk-in closet. A lot of parking really close to the apartment and multiple visitor parking spots.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
