Nov 2017: Apartments are very expensive for the quality, Pour alot of money here over the years of living here. Pool, Basketball Court and Fitness center is great and the staff is good.
For the price they are asking, the apartments really need to be upgraded. Review from Google
Jul 2017: Since Robbins has taken over, the quality of life here has taken a 360. They remodeled the kitchen and the bathroom and gave it a very modern and contemporary look. They also provided us with new stainless steel appliances which look gorgeous. Our AC unit finally kicked the bucket and they replaced it with a brand new unit which saved us lots of money since the AC was always struggling to keep up before. Definitely worth it. Jul 2017: Moved about a year ago during the transition between owners. Overall, it's been alright. New management did upgrade the apartment which was very nice but not to fullest extent it was promised. Prior to moving in, we were promised a new kitchen, new fridge, tile floor. When we moved, we didn't have anything that was promised. Through out the months, they have provided the upgrades. We got everything minus the floor. Two of 3 isn't bad but the carpet reeks of old and nasty and that is the way they gave it to me when we moved. Seems like carpet is a major issue to them because from the multiple times that I have addressed it, they would beat around the bush. Finally after being persistent about it, they informed that "nothing will be done about it." Their words not mine. They offered a lower rate for rent but our lease went up about 160 dollars m Review from Google
Apr 2017: this place has gotten better since Robbins has took over they have fixed up the apartments with new stuff the staff in the management office are always nice even when clients are being difficult they are understanding when there are problems with money i had problems with being late a couple of times due to deaths in my family they are nice to my daughter my kid loves coming to the office to greet the staff even when i was being difficult they work with me and talk to me about my actions and to be honest i'm learning more about self control no place is perfect but in this area in winter park this is the best place to live is close to a lot of things

Feb 2017: New owners are innovating an apartment complex with class. With the main clientele being Full Sail University students (a mixed bag, but many are away from home for the first time and party too much and throw their trash on the ground like they had bad upbringing). Let's hope the quality upgrades are respected.

Moreover, I might suggest you look into Robbins Electra LLC and their holdings, operations and management. In my 8 year tenancy at this apartment complex, I have experienced 3 management changes. Recently, Robbins took over ownership. By far, the most unprofessional and predatory management company I've experienced. They promised "exciting new changes". Nov 2016: I've been here for about four years and I have not had a problem. The staff in the office has always been great for two reasons. One being their professionalism, and two being that they have always been very down to earth people, I recommend that you ask for Erica. The maintenance staff stays on top of things, as the property is always well kept. Also they are currently doing renovations which are coming out very nice, so I'm looking forward to the in result.

Sep 2016: I have been living at this property for the last 5 years and I have no regrets. The property of course has changed once again owners- but they seem to be quite legit with what they say they are doing. The office staff are nice and always helpful. Shout out to my Girl Erica!! Maintenance seems to be a lot more responsive with the handling of our work orders. They have even gone the extra mile to explain things to me. They have already started the remodeling in my apartment and I got to say it looks AMAZING. I am so excited for all the new changes that have been started on the property. The cabinets and appliances look GREAT!

Apr 2016: I love living at 7 Central. It is affordable and the office staff is excellent, especially my leasing agent. When I had an issue with bugs pest control showed up the next day. I'm so glad I gave the complex a chance.
Review from 4/8/16 on Apartment RatingsApr 2016: So far 7 Central has been great! Michelle has been very helpful and super friendly throughout our whole moving process from Iowa to here. We were able to do everything online, all we had to do when we got here was pick up the keys. We had a couple small maintenance issues when we first moved in and maintenance came to our apartment and everything was fixed within 24 hours of us calling the office. My main complaint would give would just be how expensive it is to have our 2 cats here with us. They are both declawed, but we still have to pay a $500 non-refundable deposit ($250 per cat) as well as $30 a month ($15 per cat).

A special thank you to Michelle White for handling our move-in with care and assuring our apartment was 100% ready to go and move in ready. Review from 7/27/2015 on Apartment RatingsJul 2015: I feel like the people that work in this office try to scam these poor young students. you will surely learn the way of life living here. not only do they make so many mistakes, they don't even care. yes, i'm sure they are nice when you are trying to rent, but once your in, watch your wallet. the apartments are old and they put a fresh coat of paint on, however, all the dust and hairs on the wall are now under the paint. I let my daughter move here because it was closer to the university she was going to and being out of state that made it easier. the plumbing is also bad. the distance to the school is great, you can walk it and that made me feel safe in the beginning. but i did come to realize, FL is just like every other state with crime. it might be an okay place to stay in the beginning but be aware.

Your toilet floods on a regular, due to the plumbing being as old as the complex. It drains outside, so we have ---- an toilet paper all over the walk way outside from the buildings toilets.They say they will fix things, and you never see them again. I've had a hole in my wall for a month, they were supposed to come back 2 days later, and never did. Its been a month, and I still have a hole in my wall. But don't be late on the rent, or they will put you out, no questions asked!!!
