I understand that my place is a little bit pricy, so I am willing to pay January and February rent for whoever buys it :) I ❤️love my apartment and roommates and wouldn’t be selling it but I’m going on a mission. I live on the corner of the building so my private room is one of the larger rooms. I’m on the second floor. There are washer and dryer facilities on the first floor and I’ve never had to wait to use them. Parking and other amenities are included in the rent amount I have listed. It is extremely close to the church and I’m in a great ward!
As an apartment complex, Wolverine crossing has a ton of fun activities! Some we’ve had so far this year was the paint night, awesome Halloween party, grocery bingo, dances, and they are always free! There is pretty much always free🍕 food at these activities and there is about one a week :)
