The first three months are for a shared room (rent $) and the next year is for a private room (rent $) Both have gorgeous top-floor views of the lake! If you need a place FAST, this is the one! The roommates are pretty cool; they don&#;t talk much, so I don&#;t actually know that much. They&#;re definitely agreeable people. I had no conflict with them.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
