UVU&#;s student housing (called University Towers). I&#;m selling my contract from May 1 - mid August (can be renewed if desired), but am willing to let potential buyers move in earlier if needed! Very nice, updated apartment, has 3 bathrooms (4 vanity areas), 2 large ⛄ fridges, and 2 spacious closets. It&#;s about a 5 min 🚶 walk to UVU&#;s main campus. My roommate is looking to sell her summer contract as well, so if you wanted to move in with a friend we could probably make that happen! Honestly, I have ❤️loved living here, I am just moving out of state so I have to sell my contract. $/mo. for rent and $/mo. flat rate for utilities, so $ is the grand total each month. Also - in the photo, the beds are pushed together but obviously those would be pushed back to their sides before anyone moves in, which will make the bedroom a lot more spacious.
