I am moving out of University 🌉 gateway in May, and am looking to sell my shared room lease which will continue until August. Rent is $ a month after utilities. I AM WILLING TO PAY FOR UTILITIES for the duration of the lease, bringing the monthly price down to $. The lease comes with access to a 🏊 pool, hot tub, laundry facilities, a basketball and volleyball court, running trail, and a cable📺 tv subscription. The apartments are across street from campus, adjacent to the UTA/UVX 🚍 bus stop, and a short 🚶 walk from Walmart. My roommates are friendly. Three of them plan to move out in August.
