Jan 2018: This is an email showing the kind of stuff Glenwood does. They will have random fees that come out of nowhere. i wanted to post an example of an email i got to help whoever is reading this to understand what i mean. A little explanation is that they charged all 6 of us $35 dollars each. Which is a total of $210 dollars just to clean the toilet, tub and a few walls. Which the very day i received this email i checked, and the tubs hadn't even been cleaned. My point is that this place is already way overpriced and they add random fees everywhere. Living here makes you really feel like they are taking advantage of you, and there is nothing you can do other than abide.

Jan 2018: So, where do I start? The apartments are way overpriced for what you get... I moved in an upgraded apartment, and yeah... the floors are nice and new, but my roommate and I found an incredibly disgusting place. The smell was terrible and there were hole in the walls as if someone had punched them, showers and sinks were clogged and when we put in all of the work orders to get things fixed, they did a few of them and marked everything as done (we still have some holes in the walls, and the kitchen sink never got fixed). Management is just the worst... moving in, we found that the girls living in the apartment over the summer hadn't moved out yet and management didn't even check to make sure that the place was clean for us to move in, so we had to do it ourselves and it took an entire week for it, every time I order something on amazon, if it do Review from Google

The thing with Glenwood is that you are not stuck with Aspen Ridge but you do have to put up with older apartments. They are a bit outdated but they are working on renovating so you can get a new room that is quite nice. Also great location in Provo. the best perk is there is plenty of parking. Review from Google
Nov 2017: Loved the ward and the community here! You make friends super easy and the apartments may be a little old, but really they are really great! Glenwood is so fun!

Sep 2017: The apartments here are great for college students! Very close to a lot of great food and close to campus! the apartments are great and the complex is under new management! All the managers are very helpful and very determined that every resident enjoys living at the lodges. Every time I have gone to them with a question, they have been very patient and understanding and have quickly resolved any issue that I have had. Highly recommend living here! you won't find a better location with better management that actually care about what their residents think!

Sep 2017: Very shady and dishonest. The website is misleading and out of date in many places. They will do or say whatever you need to hear to get you to sign a contract, but read the contract, it will likely be much different that what you think you are getting based on the website and tour. They switched several items on my son's contact without telling him. One item was that he signed up for a single room. I know this because we signed up on the website as a family. We actually had to go through the process twice because the website glitched. We were very specific on choosing a single (not shared) room. They changed the contact to a shared room on their own volition and modified the price.

The apartments are older, but the staff here are happy and ready to help fixed and clean up anything that you need help with. I am happy with the apartment they gave us and the longer I've been here the better the experience has been! If you're looking for a fun, cheap, and social place to live for college this is the place to be!

Aug 2017: The apartment is cozy, has nice new floors and lots of room. The office workers are very helpful, friendly, and really know their stuff. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and you make friends everywhere. I love it here and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to live with an open social atmosphere. The more the merrier!

Aug 2017: I scored with my apartment! Two fridges and a pretty kept up place. One stain in the bathroom hallway carpet, some thin ceilings, but with renovations the apartments look a lot nicer! Great social life! Meet people all the time. Always something fun happening in each building. Read the agreement and what things you're signing up for when you live here. They don't lie to you. Once you sign they assume you understand everything. I understood the fees that would be applied. It's no Ritz-Carlton or first class apartments, but it's a great location with great management. I have plenty of great memories here at Glenwood.
