Feb 2018: I have loved living at the Crestwood this year. The apartments are quite nice! They have a cute little fireplace in them that is great for winter nights! Management is good at responding to questions or issues that may arise and good at making sure the outside area is taken care of and maintained. Definitely would recommend living here!! Feb 2018: Living in The Crestwood is honestly one of the best decisions I've made in my life. I have my own private room that can be locked and I don't have to worry about anyone coming in. I have my own private sink. And I only have to share my bathroom with only one other person. You can probably find cheaper shared room housing for like 50 bucks less but for only paying a little bit more, you get your own bedroom. Definitely worth it in my opinion. Management is wonderful as well. We needed a new washer and new tiling in our apartment and the moment we complained they changed it immediately. Also, having access to a pool and a gym is also really nice. The gym is really small but like no one uses it so it's like having your own private gym honestly. Both of the wards here are absolutely amazing as well!!!! Review from Google

Nov 2017: I've read some of these 5 star reviews by these people that seem to be so pleased with the crestwood, but everything they say contradicts my experience. I am highly dissatisfied with the Crestwood. They advertise year round spa use, the hot tub was open . . . for the first couple of days. I've lived here 3 months so far and it's been closed ever since. I couldn't move in until the paper work was all done, on my end and theirs. I finished the paperwork promptly, then continued to wait 5 days for them to send me an email giving me the OK to move in and get my keys. And they charged me a late fee for paying the initial fees late, when I didn't even have access to pay them yet because I was waiting 5 days for them to give me access! Once I finally was able to move in, I realized how crappy the place is. Oct 2017: This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. First off my apartment was extremely dirty and all around gross the day I moved in, after a few months of living here, the apartment still reeks and i'm almost positive that there is mold underneath the carpet. To top it all off I failed my cleaning check because I own a Keurig, which was used for the purpose of making hot chocolate. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, save yourself the money and just live in your car. It would be cheaper and a whole hell of a lot cleaner.

Aug 2017: This place is terrible. Only one person in the office ever actually gets anything done, the rest just blame the issues on you and are rude. If you have a maintenance request be prepared for it to take at least 2 months to get looked into. Our dishwasher broke and when I emailed management about it they basically told me to Google it, and after 2 months finally fixed the issue. The toilet in on of the bathrooms started leaking all over the floor in June and to this day maintenance hasn't checked up on it like they said they would. There is minimal upkeep around the complex, overgrown bushes and tree branches the completely cover the sidewalks as well.
**This place also gives discounts for 5 star reviews as well, so keep that in mind

Aug 2017: I'm moving out today, so I thought it'd be a good time to write a review.
These are nice student apartments. I was on the third floor of the the condos. The granite countertops look nice, the bathrooms were nice, the appliances work, having a washer and dryer in the apartment is great. The apartment was pretty dirty when we moved in and I spent the whole first week cleaning the place. They are not built with the highest quality materials, but they aren't bad, especially for a student apartment. In fact, this is probably the nicest student apartment around and considering the price of housing now, it really is a good, fair price. I enjoyed living here (to an extent).

Mar 2017: I have absolutely loved living at the Crestwood, which is why I'm renewing again for next year. Whenever we have had maintenance issues, the staff was quick to respond & fix whatever needed repairing. The Clubhouse is an awesome centerpiece to the complex (where we meet all the time for ward/other social activities) & I love having my own private room with a vanity inside (an amenity that I thought was strange at first, but ended up totally loving). Very social ward & a nice-looking place overall. Highly recommend living here!

Mar 2017: I love this place. I have been trying to get all of my friends to move here and a few of them are going to. I love that we each have our own rooms, I love having my own vanity and only sharing a bathroom with one person. I love the kitchen and living area. I am in a platinum apartment and I love the great quality of things in the apartment. I also love the amenities and the ward here. Overall the best place I have lived while a student here in Provo. Very diverse ages and backgrounds of the people who live here which makes it a great place to meet new and interesting people. The staff is great as well and make having to go to the office a good experience.
