It’s one block south of campus. (Specifically one block from the duck pond) It is a shared 2 bed room apartment. You would have two of the greatest roommates ever. One is a Jr studying theater, one is a sophomore, returned missionary studying business. The location is convenient. You would be in a shared room with plenty of storage space. You have a washer and dryer IN YOUR APARTMENT! Utilities are not included in rent, but have been about $ per month.
