Jun 2019: This is by far my favorite apartment complex we’ve ever lived in. Holly has always been so sweet and helpful to us. Maintenance requests are always done so quick. The maintenance guys are really nice as well. Neighbors are all really friendly. We’re a family with a baby and I really appreciate that we’ve never had noise problems from any of our neighbors. We also appreciate that this is one of the only dog friendly, affordable apartments in Orem. People always say hello to our dog on the patio as they walk by. The only cons - The train can be loud sometimes. No one has ever been woken up by it and after the first couple months I hardly even notice it anymore. Plus that’s really not something management or anyone can control so why complain. It’s not a huge deal but I wish there was an option to opt out of the valet trash service. It’s convenient but really not super necessary for 25 a month when we’re really close to the trash anyway. But again, not a big issue. Review from Google
Mar 2019: The apartment complex is decent and is close to lots of popular places to go (as well as the highway), but there's a few problems. First, the train. Multiple times a day your entire apartment will shake, and occasionally the horn will blare as well. While I was living there, it regularly woke me up in the middle of the night. If you're considering living here, try to get an apartment as far southwest in the complex as you can, as the entire north and east sides are less than 100 feet away from the tracks. The second big problem is (half of) the management. One (the man) is fantastic and helpful, and I've never had a problem with him. The other (the woman) is an absolute nightmare to deal with and will literally call the police on you if you so much as look at her the wrong way. After a minor dispute with parking where I refused to give my name (as I'd heard rumors about her before and didn't want trouble), she tried to find me on social media, even going as far as to ask on the apartment's facebook page if anyone knew me or my car Review from Google
Nov 2018: Lived there 3 yrs. Never had an issue with management. They were always super friendly and willing to work around your needs. I felt safe and felt my kid was safe and often being watched by other parents while he roamed the neighborhood as I couldn't always watch him. If we ever needed help with appliances or other needs they were quick to help and even had them come out late at night to fix an emergency. Very family oriented and fun parties and contests throughout the year. I feel some of the rules about pets or parking were enforced accordingly to what needed to be done to keep it organized and running safely. It's a community and people need to learn to live together. The apartment itself felt like a condo to us, the exercise room was great and they have an amazing clubhouse that we used a couple of times for parties. We love the neighbor Review from Google
Nov 2018: I have lived many places as a young adult but this is the best, by far. The price is affordable and you are living very comfortably. The other residents and staff are all warm and welcoming! I love living in this community. Review from Google
Oct 2018: Awesome place to live. Manager is very friendly and understanding. No problems with anything while living there. Review from Google
Sep 2018: We have lived in so many apartments, but this is the worst of them all!!!! BE CAREFUL MOVING HERE! This place is an absolute JOKE! They jump at every possible opportunity to SQUEEZE money out of people, who are already paying way too much to live here as it is. Our first night in the complex we had a boot on our moving truck. Had to pay no warnings or exceptions. They tried to make us pay 200 dollars for “not picking up after our dog” which we ALWAYS do and they had no proof of, they tried to show us some video camera footage which only proved us innocent! We did not pay that rediculous fine. How creepy is that to have your every step watched and recorded, not to keep you safe, but just to see if there’s any way they can get you for something so they can have more money. Now, they notify everyone in the complex THE NIGHT BEFORE that they Review from Google
Nov 2017: Overall, Oakhurst is a GREAT community to live. For the price, you cannot find a better place. Although older, the apartment is comfortable and we've really loved having two bathrooms. The closets are large. The complex is next to the train tracks so if you're sensitive to ultra noise, like I am, this is not the place for you. However, when I moved in I freaked out that I was near a train but I got used to it! (Yes, really.) That said, we've lived here two years and I haven't had one negative experience with the staff or the neighbors. There are A LOT of dogs here, and there was an issue with people not cleaning up after them, but management resolved it quickly and I haven't seen much of a problem since. There are assigned parking stalls, which is nice. We have two vehicles and parking has not been a problem. The walls and windows are really th Review from Google
Jul 2017: Overall, it's a wonderful apartment to live in. I just moved out after living there for 2 years. We have two children ages 7 and 10. "Management" has really done a great job fostering a child friendly atmosphere. Many of the moms would gather outside in lawn chairs together. I felt safe sending my children out to play, and I felt generally comfortable with the people and children they interacted with (like any other neighborhood). I would say that that is the BIGGEST perk for this complex. (A caveat being that I don't remember all children always getting along, but that is life.) Review from 7/11/17 on Google

May 2017: I have lived here 4 years. My new job is so far away that I am currently commuting over an hour. We haven't been able to find anything that we like better. They are pet friendly, but not always great at endorsing rules about dog poop or leash, but getting better. Trash pickup at apartment door is nice, but company who is doing it is very picky and we find they leave it more than they pick it up. Most the grounds are beautiful, but their sprinklers do need to run on separate cycles based on area. North side of complex is over watered and it is killing the plants. Nice open area though near pool that is great for playing with pets. Review from 5/29/17 on Google
Jan 2017: I hate wasting my time on things that don't benefit me. But I am actually spending my time on writing this review and hoping to find a way to complains, and hopefully others and the relevant authorities see this. There are 2 office staff in this apartment, one is Jake, he is helpful and friendly after all. The other one is Molly, and I swear If I had to deal with her from the beginning, I won't even bother to live here. I can totally rent some apartment where it makes me feel welcome. She is just rude, I don't know who hires her, she needs to be fired and I am gonna try my best to accomplish that. My family members came to visit me for 12 days, and I gave them the key to use the Gym. about a couple days later, they said they got kicked out. So I went to the office and explained the situation and I was hoping that they would understand. ( I di Review from Google
Nov 2016: *HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! *MANAGEMENT SUCKS! *MICRO MANAGES YOU! *BE AWARE AS THEY LIVE ON SITE *HINT HINT: MANAGEMENT WINDOW FACES POOL, no privacy *MANAGEMENT HAS SPECIFIC NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH TEAM *THEY COMPLAIN ABOUT THE MOST SILLY THNGS *PICK UP YOUR DOG LITTER, OR YOU'LL BE HAUNTED BY "THEM" *MANAGEMENT CONTRADICTS PROPERTY POLICIES *MANAGEMENT IS FAKE *FAKE SMILE, FAKE LAUGH, FAKE PERSONALITY, FAKE EVERYTHING *WHO KNOWS, MAYBE FAKE HAIR AS WELL *MAKES MAJORITY PAY CAR PORTS, OTHERS (SELECTED) NOT *HAS LEASING AGENT DO EVERYTHING IN THE OFFICE I CAN GO ON FOR DAYS WRITING ABOUT HOW HORRIBLE THIS PLACE IS. I don't KNOW HOW I'M LIVING HERE RIGHT NOW. I WENT IN TO CLARIFY SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT A FEW POLICIES AFTER RENEWING MY LEASE AND SHE SAID THAT THEY don't HAVE MY LEASE. THEN HOW THE HECK DO I HAVE A COPY OF THE RENEWED LEASE WITH YO Review from Google
Nov 2016: We lived here for about 10 months before we bought a house. It was the best apartment experience I ever had. We had some trouble with noisy neighbors but the staff put the fine hammer down on them pretty fast and kept doing it for every offense. If you want to blast your radio, probably don't wanna live here. The appliances are kind of dated but everything is kept in good repair and the maintenance staff is freaking cool. I had a couple of kids vandalize my motorcycle at one point and the staff took the liberty of notifying me and helping me deal with it and really went above and beyond. Review from Google
