Apr 2018: I went there with my friend Chloe she is an amazing girl I love her so much there you could buy Apartments there you can live there the people there are so friendly I love them she is so from friendly she lives there with her husband and her dog Molly you can have pets in that apartment and it's just an amazing place I usually go there just to hang out with her and just to have fun with sometimes just watch movies and play with her dog or just play Just Dance it's fun it's amazing go there check it out have an amazing experience. Feb 2018: This place is a joke. 10/10 WOULD not recommend. They never answer the phones when you call, so many things were wrong with our apartment when we lived there. Whoever is in charge needs to be fired. I cant even put into words the anger i have for this place. 1,200 FOR A ONE BEDROOM! We pay them so much money you would think people with brains would be in charge. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE! Take mine and the other dozen bad reviews into consideration before you move here. Jan 2018: So happy to have left this complex. Were drawn in by the curb appeal but greatly disappointed with things while living there. Now living in a townhouse with twice the square footage for less than the price of a studio apartment here. Review from Google
Jan 2018: I highly recommend letting residents know when a package has been dropped off to the front office… I ran into a situation where my parents had sent me a gift that I wasn’t aware of receiving. They followed up with me and obviously, had nothing at my doorstep or in my mailbox. They had to track their receipt to find where it was sent to. When we tracked the package, it said it was delivered to the front office. When calling, I was told 'we don't let people know because it would take too much time'. I received notices all the time before new management took over. can't imagine your work load has changed THAT much. Review from Google
Nov 2017: DO NOT LIVE HERE. They decided to hit me for $1700 two months after I moved, with no previous contact. I was paid up, left on the first day of the month, and cleaned the place until it was spotless. The only good thing about this place was location. The management was useless, when they were even there at all. You could tell they all hated their work. Filthy in the elevators, dog urine constantly in there, dog poop outside everywhere. Noisy all the time. Horribly overpriced. Just a bad experience overall. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED OVER. Review from Google
Nov 2017: If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is the worst! The actual apartment itself is fine. They are brand new so no issues but management sucks!! At one point they had a website where you could make payments for rent online. This went down and they didnt notify anyone and then tacked on late fees when it was super inconvenient to make a payment. The only option was to hand deliver a check to their office. No sympathy at all for an issue they created. The trash was nasty! Always smelt. Hallways always dirty. They dont pick up trash . Fire alarms would go off monthly for no reason. Air conditioning is shut off most of the winter but when it starts to heat up and is 80 degrees outside they still have it off so your apartment is hot. Review from 11/9/17 on Google
Oct 2017: To say this place is horrible is an extreme understatement. Every positive review about this place is likely either fake or by someone who simply doesn't know better as they haven't had more experience with other complexes. It is nowhere near worth the cost, there are other apartment complexes within a half mile that both cost less and have significantly nicer units. The only place to find amenities is advertised on the website; there is no pool and they are not doing construction on a pool, the gym is very poor and lacks even basic appropriate equipment. Oct 2017: We love our apartment, but when we took over the contract, the receptionist didn't tell us when rent was due even though we asked out-right and moved on towards the beginning of March. We got hit with a late-fee that I had to bug them about 3 times to finally get it removed. And then the tenants we took over for didn't mention the "entertainment package" we need to pay each month so we got a notice saying we owed them money and we had no idea why. Reception said it was the previous tenants responsibility to tell us about all the charges. I'm thinking it should be theirs since they're getting paid, not the previous tenants. And they didn't have us sign a contract with all monthly fees outlined anyway, which is problematic. Review from 10/16/17 on Google

Oct 2017: unfortunately zero is not an option. the front office staff have always been very kind but the quality stops there. Our move in date was changed several times, they claimed to be a smoke free community but out balcony always smelled like smoke and weed. Our car was towed not once but twice for no reason! we came across a couple having sex on the roof in the middle of the day! and when all things were reported to the office they never did anything about it. The fire alarm goes off all the time. and when we came time to move out, we had cleaned a lot of stuff out of our apartment and paid rent for the month while we would be on vacation. Sep 2017: On top of the long list of amenities that were never provided, the heating/cooling issues, and the dirty building, they signed my return deposit check to all people on the lease which means that it cannot be deposited in my bank unless we open an account together. They should have given us a form where we all sign it and determine who should receive the initial check. The write out the check to one person. I would be willing to change this 1 star review to a 3 star only if this is done. Review from 9/10/17 on Google
