I’ve got a private room just down the street from UVU. I can pay $ to whoever takes over my contract and also cover the $ deposit! I am trying to move in to a place closer to work and need to get my contract sold. There are four months left on my contract so that would be deposit covered and off a month 🙂 (getting to move in :D)
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
