I ❤️love THIS APARTMENT. seriously. If I wasn&#;t getting married I would be staying here til I graduate. I&#;m selling one spot in a SHARED bedroom. $/month + utilities (usually around $). The apartment is super spacious, amazing couches, you only have to share a bathroom with 1 person! There are 5 people in the apartment total. The townhome style makes it feel like you live in a house, and makes it nice that the bedrooms are so separated from the living room and kitchen if you&#;d rather sleep than socialize. Each apt has 2 reserved covered parking spots, and then there is a fcfs parking lot which usually has open spots.
6 minute 🚶 walk to BYU campus, and to a UVX stop.
Willing to negotiate on move in date! :)
