Hi, Loading...

Oct 2019: You get what you pay for here. My lease is finally ending, and will not be renewing. My husband's truck was stolen from the property due to their security gate, that is always open. While we were dealing with the police, management did nothing to help. There were no strict policies enforcing "pet maintenance" leading to the complex covered and always smelling like animal waste. Maintenance would take almost a week to come and fix whatever was needed. The valet trash collect would skip a few days, was it because I was on the third floor? Regardless that shouldn't happen as you do pay for the service. I also opted to rent covered parking, because you will have no parking if you arrive after 6PM. Very disappointed in this complex. Oct 2019: Management is not friendly, would not care more for tenant lived there for like three years, staying at another apartment complex and experiences they treat everyone better compare to this complex, would never again rent with Greystar. Review from Google
Sep 2019: A man was attacked last night, at first I thought it was someone arguing and but that was not the case. He was bleeding from the face, three cops showed up 10 minutes later. This apartment complex needs more lighting at night, more parking, and security cameras inside the complex not just the entrance. There is no security on staff. How can I feel safe for my family if this can happen to a man walking. He himself looked like he just got back or was going to go workout at the complex gym. He is a resident. What are you’ll goong to do to prevent this.? Nothing, you’ll have a don’t care attitude. Review from Google
Sep 2019: I seriously miss this place so much. If I could take this apartment and their customer service with me to Hawaii, I would. I enjoyed every single bit of it. It always felt like home. I never hated it. Super quiet, beautiful pool, amazing sized place for the price. Just amazing!!! Review from Google
Aug 2019: REVISED: My wife and I lived at San Miguel for 2 years, and generally enjoyed it. Review from Google
Jun 2019: Horrible place to live. By far the worst experience living here. Maintenance is horrible, they take forever to come “fix” things. Living in the second floor was the most horrific experience ever. You can literally hear absolutely everything and when you complain to office they don’t care. You will NEVER find parking, and I mean never. Trash and recycle containers are always full. They never empty them. Trash and recycle outside the container is a weekly issue. Horrible experience living here. Review from Google

Jun 2019: If you’re well educated, well established person never consider this complex. Trash service is a joke. That ill looking tiny guy can’t even lift the bag and leaves it many times overnight. Parking is horrible. Bunch of junk cars of people who even don’t even live here occupy the lots. The worst is the BIG Ol’ San Antonio women .. these whales occupy the pool every day, drinking and smoking, listening to ghetto music. Pay extra $200 and go one exit North toward the Rim. Mar 2019: don't... Just don't. Please, have some respect for yourself and treat yourself to a better complex. I have lived here for 20 months and it has been a very poor experience to say the least. The first 3 months I moved in I killed over one hundred roaches in my apartment. All the appliances were filthy and the whole place hadn't been cleaned since the last owner. The gym equipment is always broken and it will be a miracle if it is fixed. The worse part about living here is the parking situation. There is a 10 month wait to get a garage and parking will be completely full by 6PM. You will see 30 cars outside of the complex so enjoy getting your car broken into while not being under surveillance. The valet trash service you pay for shows up 2 out of the 5 days he is supposed to come so we have rats on our floor. My neighbors constantly blast bass all night and management could care less. This is a very dog friendly complex so if you aren't fond of dogs be warned Review from Google
Oct 2018: These apartments suck! there isn’t enough parking for the residents and people even park in your reserved spot! i work late nights and get home between 4 and 5 in the morning and when i get home i just want to park and go to sleep..but i can’t do that here because there are cars in my spot! i’m a women who lives on her own and for them to tow my car inside the apartments the 2nd time is absolutely ridiculous i’m not gonna park on the street at 4 am and walk all the way to my apartment that makes me fear for my safety ! and the front desk ladies have nasty attitudes when you call and confront them they don’t let you get a single word in they just argue with the resident and have no customer service skills ! they have given me the wrong parking spot twice and have made me get towed once before this time ! the reason i don’t call the Review from Google
Sep 2018: Very very rude front desk lady by the name of Ashley we came in too check them out as soon as we walked in she gave us a vibe that she didn't want to help us... we would ask her questions and she would answer them super quick with no interest and not even looking at us. She then asked for ID's to take us to the apt and my gf gave Ashley her and I had lost mine at work I told her I had an Photo ID in my phone and she could hold on to it she looks and me and with a rude way tells me no and says I can't go... u are better off looking else where Review from Google
Jul 2018: Did not have a very good experience living here. My apartment had a few issues when I first arrived. The door to the laundry room was broken and the kitchen sink was dripping water. My refrigerator stopped working and they changed it like 4 times because they didn’t know which one was going to work. I had to wait a whole week to get one that worked. I had to throw away all the food inside because it was all rotten!! The only nice person in the office was Valerie. The others were sometimes very rude and unhelpful. I also had to pay extra for the month rent because they never notified me until it was too late. There were cockroaches everywhere inside my apartment and the hallways were not very clean. Also, I could listen steps from my neighbors and a baby crying EVERY DAY. Now here is the worst part: The rent contract was supposed to end in M Review from Google
Jun 2018: I really enjoyed my stay at San Miguel. The community is kept clean and presentable, the staff is super nice. And the gym and pool area are unmatched by anything that I have seen. Review from Google
Apr 2018: I have been living here for awhile and have yet to have a bad experience. If you pay your rent and keep your apartment clean there really should be no issues. The pool area is gorgeous and if you have dogs that like to run like mine, this place has a full acre of off leash area where they can run. Most apartments I looked at before this one had a small patch for dogs to potty in and that's it. Staff has always been really accommodating with requests as well. Review from Google
Apr 2018: I work with the pest control company eco team and my company services this apartment. Every time I come out here my experience here is nothing less than amazing. I’m always treated with a tremendous amount of respect from management and the leasing agents. Honestly this one of my favorite stops to go to service just because I like the way the office staff treats me. Truly the nicest people I’ve met doing this job and I’m grateful for how awesome they are. Review from Google
Apr 2018: Loved living here never had any issues. I believe I had only one maintenance issue while being there for over a year and they fixed it the next day. The property was always clean and the gym was amazing!! I would definitely live here again Review from Google
Apr 2018: These people are horrible! if I could have rated them 0 stars I would have. DO NOT RENT FROM SAN MIGUEL! Save yourself the money and find a better home to live in. Specifically there property manager Erin. She is the most unprofessional person I have seen in my LIFE. Literally acts like a child. doesn't know what the hell she is doing. I don't understand how she still has the job that she has. Being the "property manager" makes you responsible for THE PROPERTY. Horrible customer service. And San Miguel, I know you will provide a generic response to all of your reviews but PLEASE save your breath. My friend and I have complained to you numerous times and NOTHING gets done. don't try and act like you are solving anything here for people to see. People, take my word and use your hard earned money elsewhere!! Review from Google
Apr 2018: Save yourself some serious frustration and look for somewhere else to live. I have been a resident at the San Miguel for a little over a year and half and have had several unsatisfying experiences; like the lack of parking availability, broken and noisy gates, poor trash valet service, slow response on maintenance requests… but this most recent one takes the cake. I am currently paying for an apartment unit that I am unable to inhabit due a TERMITE infestation. I found the termites crawling into my bedroom from a crack under my windowsill over a week ago… upon closer inspection, I saw hundreds more (not an exaggeration!) crawling inside the wall. These termites are still occupying my apartment that my two children and I have not been able to sleep in due to the unsafe and unsanitary environment. The maintenance technician was dismissive, Review from Google
Mar 2018: Forget leaving the place after 10pm because you WILL NOT find a parking space.. even on Sundays, the lot is sometimes full around 6.. work orders are mishandled and lost at the office and when confronted, personell gets defensive and claim it’s not their fault and that they received no work orders... honestly corporate, invest on more parking or add LIMITED guest parking because residents pay the price (also the fact that sometimes the gate has been left open during the night... great security :/) PS. I’ve seen the responses San Miguel leaves and they are so generic. After reading about the trash compactor gates and telling the person that wrote that complaint that y’all were going to fix it, it still hasn’t been fixed and I too wake up to te sound of smashing gates. @san Miguel apartments please do not respond to this complaint, I’ Review from Google
Mar 2018: On March 23, 2018 I went in with two other friends of mine, one who was interested in the apartments. We tagged along with her as a support system. From the start, the “tour” was horrible and so was the service. The lady at the front desk looked my friends and I up and down, as to say how could we afford those apartments. She then proceeded to be rude, awkward, and unenthusiastic while “explaining” the complex to us. Now, mind you I work at an apartment complex myself and I know what it takes to give an effective tour to prospective residents. The lady from the front desk did not. She walked us the the model unit, did not explain a single thing, my friends and I looked around and she said ok that’s it. As a leasing consultant you are to sell your property and all it has to offer. I could ramble on forever on how horrible this experie Review from Google
Feb 2018: Stay away their Discusting and Managment are awful .id rather stay in a tent .No towels No Cleaners. Rubbish everwhere . A filthy dirty place with bad mannered managment. The town has 2 cafes 1 supermarket well overpriced . Stay away the worst place ive ever been in a nightmare. Review from Google
Jan 2018: It's a really nice community to be living in. The apartment is big and very clean when we fist go it. If there is an issue the staff is very friendly and they will help you right away, as well I enjoy that they know you by name. The only downside at this moment is that parking is really becoming an issue. If you arrive after 9 pm on weekdays you might not get a parking spot in front of your aparment and during the weekends after 10 pm there is no parking, I had to park outside of the premises in two ocasions now.
