Mar 2018: Nice people. Nice layouts. Close to campus. Nice Ammenities. Good size rooms. Only thing is no ethernet ports. Review from Google
Mar 2018: The gentlemen helping me were extremely kind and helpful. They answered questions greatly and made everything very clear. They were very helpful in any way I needed/could think of. Review from Google
Feb 2018: Lived at the Retreat for over 3 years, and not a complaint to be had. The staff was always attentive and helpful, and events put on for the residents. Great community and would live there again hands down! Review from Google
Feb 2018: First off, I give this review 4 stars mainly because of the Wisdom, Shibu, and Michael. They are friendly and try to attend to whatever concerns you have. The Reserve went through some renovations recently and it looks nice now, but they could timed it better. It was inconvenient to students because we were kicked out of the apartment for the whole day while school was still going on. The furniture, floor, and granite counter tops makes the place look more sophisticated. They added a lot more features to the complex like a gym, study rooms, and a dog park. It added a better value to the complex for how much we pay a month to stay here. A main concern was that when you request a maintenance request, it takes forever for them to respond. My roommate sent in a request for bug control and we still haven't had our issue fixed. It has been 3 weeks n Review from Google
Feb 2018: I hated living here. Roaches when I moved in. Moldy walls from rain damage. My dryer didn’t work. Got broken into 3 time. MANAGEMENT HATED ITS TENANTS. Front desk was high sometimes. Lost my packages. HATED IT HERE!!!! good luck if you signed, you will now know what was the biggest mistake made in your life. Review from Google
Feb 2018: Great front staff, always help whenever a problem comes out. Upgraded features are nice. Maintenance staff are friendly and do what they can to make sure you’re happy and comfortable at your unit. Review from Google
Feb 2018: I enjoy living at the reserve. The upgrades and improvements they have made to the community are really nice. The office staff are very helpful as well. If you have a problem with anything in our apartment, asked for Wisdom or Shibu. They will get the job done fast and efficiently. Review from Google
Jan 2018: Great friendly staff. I enjoyed my visit today and I am looking forward to living at this beautiful residence. Review from Google

Jan 2018: The carpets were stained with black spots when I moved in and I took pictures. They never replaced the carpets and my family had to contact a lawyer so we didn’t get charged when I moved out. Management was really terrible at communicating with the people living in these apartments. If you’re looking to move in here I suggest you find some other place because the nice happy faces you see when you walk in just is a facade and you should pack your bags and run like hell. Review from Google
Jan 2018: This place is aesthetically nice but its a terrible place to live DO NOT MOVE HERE. the office staff is never available to answer the phone, and if you leave a voicemail they never return it. Ive lived in two different buildings and units in my time here which is over two yeas and I can say Im thankful my lease is almost up. In the time i've lived here i've been a victim of a hit and run, had mold growing in my apartment, rats running wild through the complex. When we had mold it took the apartments days before they had someone come look at it. We had an epileptic dog so the office knew not to come into the apartment unless one of us was home, yet Vanessa the apartment assistant manager let a company come into our apartment and fumigate with their poisonous chemicals WHILE MY DOG WAS HOME. My dog ended up dying from complications. And va Review from Google
Jan 2018: This place sucks don’t move here. There are tons of open parking spaces that never get used yet they continue to narrow down visitors parking spaces to where people have to race for them. They have all these signs around the office that say they have the “fastest best wifi around” and I havent had over two bars since I’ve been here. Office employees could care less about any problems you have. This place is obviously ran by idiots. Review from Google
Sep 2017: The Reserve Apartments are far from a place to call home. The building that I stay in always has dog poop everywhere and nobody picks it up after the dog is done with their business. During the "renovation" period they property management obviously thinks it's okay to throw all the old furniture everywhere on the lawns and under the paid car ports. Plus all the new furniture they put in is just laid out all over the grass in boxes waiting to get stolen. Any complaints or stolen property from your apartment never gets resolved because the assistant manager doesn't follow up to let you know if you will ever get anything back. Avoids tenants calls, emails and forwards calls at the office after speaking to her once or twice about the issue. The office apparently never answers the phone and can't call you back after leaving multiple messages. The p Review from Google
Sep 2017: The apartments and pool are great. The walls are so thin being on the second floor was why I moved out. I could hear everything and would never get any sleep. Biggest negative issue is the move out fees. I paid over 200 dollars for nothing just to get out of that place. My apartment was spotless and I cleaned for hours. I even asked for touch up paint to paint where my pictures had been. One of the managers took pictures of things in the apartment they were charging for, but you couldn't even see anything in the pictures. She tried to argue that you couldn't see in the light on her iphone. It was the most ridiculous situation I have ever had at an apartment. I would have recommended this apartment complex to anyone before move out (if you lived on the top floor to avoid noise), but I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Sep 2017: We lived here for 2 1/2 years. We thought it would be great to get a house and rented one for one year. We moved back because we missed it so much here :the location is prime, in the country close to I 10 and 1604, and management is quick to respond whenever necessary and very kind. We love the amenities, the hiking trail, the pool ,the clubhouse ,the coffee house , the grounds, the grill and outdoor fireplace. They are dog friendly. We will stay until we leave San Antonio. We are so happy to be back. Review from Google
Aug 2017: Nice apartments just a lot of maintenance issues when I first moved in... ventilation in bathroom not working, ant problem, blinds were completely broken, to name a few. Their study room isn't 24 hours which i hope they change soon. Wisdom that works there is the most helpful employee there. He's very kind, patient, makes sure you're taken care of, and communicates effectively. Review from Google
Jul 2017: It sucks because the people who work here are nice, but no body communicates anything to the residents here. I am about to start my second year leasing here and am so deeply annoyed at myself for thinking this place would improve with new management. They said all these glamorous things about the renovations but all they did was increase their prices and maintain, if not worsened, the level of communication between the front office and it's residents. I have had constant issues with the maintenance staff leaving the ac and lights/fans on (therefor increasing my apartments electricity bill nearly $100) and the front office have not responded to my emails or phone calls. Save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else. Review from Google
Jun 2017: I love it here! My daughter moved in August 2016 and i am so glad she chose The Reserve. I feel safe with her being 4 hours from home with this place as her new home. They are doing renovations and making the place even nicer! I have never had a complaint from my daughter. Parents, the reserve is the place to send your children!!! Review from 6/2/17 on Google
May 2017: If you plan on leasing at The Reserve, do yourself a favor and DONT! Hey guys, just wanted to share my experience to save y'all some trouble. I lived there for two years. It was awful the first year but they had a change in management so I gave it another chance, BIG MISTAKE. They changed management 3 times. Packages were always misplaced. There were constant break ins in cars. The gate was always opened or not working, trapping you inside because there is only one entrance for each side of the complex. There's never visitor parking. Maintenance requests took months. The AC unit was constantly down. Review from 5/31/17 on Google
Mar 2017: I have lived here for almost one year and I already signed. The Reserve has a perfect location, aesthetics, and amenities. The reserve is located so close to campus and the shuttle service is definitely a bonus. The renovations that are being done to the apartments look so great and they are getting finished with them so quickly. I have never felt inconvenienced throughout the remodeling. The pool and the gym area (both of which are getting upgraded) were already so nice before, I can't wait to see them when they get finished! Review from 3/10/17 on Google
Mar 2017: We recently got new management and they have been great, they plan on making several renovations, which is a great thing! They are very helpful at the front desk and I have personally never had any issues with this place. Review from 3/4/17 on Google
Jan 2017: They proactively tow as many vehicles from their parking lots as quick as possible. Even when there are so many open spots. Review from 1/3/17 on Google
Dec 2016: I am not one to complain but DO NOT LIVE HERE. don't let them trick you into saying that the place is going to be renovated. They did that to me. On the first day of move in, I couldn't even walk into my room without holding my nose the whole time because it smelled like straight up urine. I filled out my move in papers and wrote in every section that this was a terrible place and smelled like urine. Not only did my room smell like straight up urine but also my unit had dirty walls, dirty carpet, "discolored paint" on the walls AKA MOLD, ripped up carpet, poor management and so much more. Review from 12/4/16 on Google
Jun 2016: I hate this place! The apartments are moldy and maintenance sucks. When I moved in the carpet was dirty and the bed had bugs on it, The furniture was stinky and gross and my ceiling fan didn't work. I requested to have my ceiling fan fixed and after 20 complaints and 6 months later they finally agreed to come in and fix it. One time maintenance came in to fix my toilet (btw plumbing sucks) and the guy pointed out the discoloration on the wall and floor and said to me " don't worry that isn't mold[meldew] " and smiled. Review from 6/6/16 on Google
May 2016: Management is almost useless, same goes for the front desk who relays 90% of your questions or issues to the management who coincidentally are always busy in "meetings". Not to mention they go through staff like a failing McDonalds franchise. Nothing ever gets done. The increase in 2016 rent pricing is absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. I have lived here since June 2014 and the biggest renovation they have done has been painting the complex a repulsive blue-ish color. Management lied about renovating the interiors. I have been in about 6 different apartments here and they all have the standard terrible paintjobs, sickening carpets, and failing appliances. Review from 5/27/16 on Google
May 2016: Okay first off. The reserves have switched management at least 2/3 times since I have been living here in THE PAST YEAR. Now when I moved in my carpet looked so clean. They claimed to have shampooed it or whatever. But within like a week my carpet was filthy. It's like they cleaned it just enough for move in day but not thoroughly. The carpet is disgusting. They need to pull it up and install brand new carpet! My dishwasher has been broken and my roommates say it was even broken last year when she moved in! Strike 2. Review from 5/23/16 on Google
