You would be getting the room with access to the private bathroom. Current roommate is leaving as well so perfect for last minute move in with a friend.
Rent is $ a month beginning August 1st with move in date August th. 💡electricity is about $ per person.
Apartment is on the first floor with available parking around the property and a 🚌 shuttle running every mins.
The parking is sealed with no accidents occurring while i have been staying.
Apartment and room is well maintain and will be 🎇cleaned again once my contract is done.
If you take over my lease I will be paying the $ fee for you taking over my contract as well as you will get an apple 📺 tv.
