My brother and I still are attending UTSA, but our parents moved here so we would like to move home so we can focus more on our studies than work. We both pay our own way so we’re moving back home to save 💰money will help us tremendously.
This third floor apartment is a 2/2 apartment with the living area and kitchen separating the two rooms for ease of access. Both rooms are available to be subleased from August , - July , . The rent per room is $ starting August 1. (Rooms leased separately)
An application through Tetro is required and all leases will be established and signed through them.
The apartment has been very well maintained and is furnished by Tetro with a bed, dresser, desk and desk chair in each bedroom. There is also a 📺 tv, couch, chair, coffee table, table under 📺 tv, an end table and two stools at the island in the living room.
