Just got an email from Sterling Heights saying you are ranked the #1 student housing property for online reputation..... by who? Is it based off your google reviews? Please tell me how you have been open for 2 months and already have more overall google reviews than a student housing property nearby that has been open for 20+ years???? And all 5 stars... how convenient.
Oh I know how... they're all fake. It's pretty obvious too. In fact, I noticed this and was shocked by how many 5 star google reviews you had before you even opened. I would not have said anything, had you not falsely claimed you were the highest ranking student housing property based on lies.
Also, Sterling Heights supposedly has a thief working for them. He personally stole from me at a different property and they hired him at Sterling....smh. Glad I stopped looking into leasing here. Hide yo stuff! Review from Google

Sep 2019: Outstanding service from Kat and the Sterling Heights Management Team. Approximately 2 weeks ago I got into a severe car accident to which was almost fatal. My car was totaled and it was a devastating loss. I lost access to the garage, and had no way of entering with my new vehicle. The first associate (whom I will not name) was not very understanding of the situation, and told me I had to pay full price to receive access to the garage again and I was left to park outside.. simply, I expected to be treated better than just somebody who pays rent. I visited the front office once more, this time Kat’s consideration of the predicament and kindness lightened up my day. She went out of her way and lent me a visitors pass for that weekend while I got everything situated. That amazing class act is an understatement of how customer service should be. The following Monday, management only charged me half of the price and immediately gave me access to the garage without hesitation Review from Google
Sep 2019: I wanted to wait a whole month before posting a good review about the apartment rather than just the amazing staff.
So far, this apartment complex has worked super hard for these 5 stars. I have lived in so many different apartment complexes, and by far, this is my favorite stay.
The staff is still as helpful as ever. I had a never ending list of questions for them and every single question is addressed and they never look annoyed that I’m constantly going to the front office and texting them. Along with the front office/leasing staff, the maintenance here is amazing! We’ve had to call a few times due to washer, ants, and fridge issues. I am not even kidding when I say, they didn’t even wait 24 hours. If the work order was done late at night, they were there before noon the next day. My fridge was turning off randomly and within the hour they were inspecting it, and within 2 hours they were out of my apartment and my fridge was fixed Review from Google
Aug 2019: This place is really nice and has a lot to do here. I also like my room and view. My apartment has a nice set up. It is clean and taken care of. Jul 2019: This complex is seemingly amazing. The office staff are courteous and friendly and knowledgeable of all aspects of the complex. Sterling Heights is unrivaled by the surrounding apt complexes and looks as if it will provide a superior living experience. It’s leed accreditation is an added bonus. The signing incentives are quite vague and were not mentioned until I asked about them. They are great incentives however seem as if they are still figuring them out. Jun 2019: Signed with Sterling Heights on the 3rd day of opening. The amenities are absolutely amazing! There is not another student living around the area that offers what Sterling Heights has to offer. The staff was so welcoming and definitely answered all of my questions, instantly making me feel at home. I cannot wait to move in!! Mar 2019: I am very excited to be moving to Sterling Heights for the upcoming fall. It’s seems like it going to be the ultimate place to live. From all the pictures, and videos Im sure it will be the best off-campus apartments ever. The staff was really nice and well rounded in their knowledge about the facility. They have answered all my questions, and gave me a lot of confidence in my decision to make Sterling Heights my new HOME!!
Mar 2019: Guarantor policies is unfriendly to international students, the guy named Joseph, his services attitude were bad and not replying my message in 2 days so I have to be in their office myself to get information I needed. Today he was telling me "I NEED you to sign the lease." The way they treat me was like I am not a customer who are willing to pay for good service but someone who have to live in their apartment which made me felt very uncomfortable. I just canceled my lease today because I am only paying for nice place with services.Mar 2019: I signed a lease here for the upcoming fall and had an overall great experience. The staff has been very helpful and reminds me of payments and things I needed to sign. Dec 2018: First off, let me just say that Sterling Heights has such an amazing team. They worked closely with me, my boyfriend, and our parents to find us the best floor plan for what we needed. They were always so helpful and prompt on answering any texts or calls we had. I will be coming from an on campus apartment at UTSA that has been the worse part of my college experience. Let me just say, they are over 20+ years old, infested with ants, water damage, a long walk away from campus, and unfriendly/ unhelpful working staff. Sterling Heights is completely 100% an upgrade!! I can’t wait to move in. I have such a better piece of mind knowing that this is a brand new facility. On top of having a shuttle to school! And a gym in the same building. PLUS a parking garage. I am so excited for this new journey! So of course my husband says we will start there and use that as the gauge for the day. First it really is across the street from the school and it really is a very nice looking new place. The young man that gave us the tour was very nice and knowledgeable. The rooms were amazing as well as the all of the amenities. Husband and I were waiting for the punch of course the cost, we had already had a pretty good idea of the price range of the different areas and when we heard the cost of this place well we were done for the day because it is comparable to the rest.
