Hello! I am looking for a 👩 female UTSA student who is seeking student living close to campus. This is one room in a 4 bed 4 bath apartment. Each ft by ft room has its own private bathroom with a garden tub along with a large 🚶 walk in closet. Furnitureincluded with the room includes two drawer sets, a large desk, a night stand, and a raised queen bed frame with mattress. The unit is located on the top floor of the complex with great views of the city and hill county beyond. There is a 🌉 gated parking garage, and each unit already comes with in-unit washers and dryers. The full kitchen has granite counter tops, tons of cabinet space, and a kitchen island where my roommates and I have spent many nights studying together. Speaking of roommates, I can honestly say I couldnt have asked for better. They are respectful of personal space, share all common spaces and chores without complaining, and are friendly 👩 girls. One of my roommates is sub-leasing her room too, so you wont be the only new person in the unit! Classes are just a minute 🚶 walk away, and there is a 🚍 shuttlestop nearby for rainy days. All utilities are included (Wifi and cable too!) except for 💡electricity but the entire unit gets a $ credit towards the bill. I have only paid $1. for it. The only reason Im moving out is due to a sudden family illness. However, I ❤️love this place so much I will be leasing with Prado again next year.
