Hi there this entire apartment is up for grabs! Me and my husband are currently moving overseas and we’re trying to get rid of this lease! We thought it was 🏆best for someone to move in and take over the lease and pay us the rent while we take care of the rest! The rent is normally $, but we would only ask for $ a month from you! We also ask that you would take care of your own 💡electricity bill, but we will take care of the Internet! Let me know if you’re interested. This is a beautiful apartment near UTSA , the rim and La Cantera! It’s not furnished but there are two large 🚶 walk-in closet, two large bathrooms with garden style tubs, and beautiful amenities like the 🏊 pool area, the workout area, and large fire pits and a sand volleyball court.
