Hello! My roommates and I are looking for people to sublease our apartment for the school year. We live in a four bed and four bath apartment. You get to have your own bathroom and share the living room kitchen and balcony. You will also have to split the light bill between you and your roommates which is usually pretty cheap. HCP is five minutes away from UTSA and the 🚍 bus 🚍 shuttle comes every minutes. We live on the third floor and pretty close to the front which is close to the office 🏊 poolgym and the 🚍 bus pick up and drop off. Also the San Antonio Trails connect to HCP if you like to go 🚶 walking or running. This place is also 🐕 pet friendly so you can bring dogs and cats. This place also offers reserved parking which is a cover parking for your car. Move-in date will be August , and move out day would be July , . Since all four of us are moving out this would be a great opportunity for you to stay with friends if y’all are currently looking for a place also since we are all moving out this apartment could be all 👩 girls 👨 boys or 👨👩 coed.
