The room has a full-sized bed, spacious bathroom, closet with shelving, and a large work desk. The apartment itself has a furnished living room, kitchen, and laundry section (NOTE: These areas are shared with roommates). Utilities come included with rent with the exception of 💡electricity which is usually around $ a month per roommate or less. You will likely have two other roommates, but it is very rare to bump into them and with current events it is very unlikely that they will be in the apartment at all. If you are a UTSA student there is a free🚌 shuttle whose only stops are on campus and at the front of the apartments. If you do not wish to use the 🚌 shuttle campus is a 5-minute 🚶 walk away. Other perks of Hill Country include free parking, indoor and outdoor gym, easy access to park trails, dog park, 🏊 pool, and frequent freeevents for residents. Maintenance usually respond within days or less depending on severity of issues. All this normally comes at a monthly rent of $ but it can be yours for $ saving you a lot.
