I am looking for someone to take over my lease over the Hill Country Place, it has great amenities and very spacious rooms. Multiple events through out the year take place in the club house, everyone is super friendly and they make you feel at home. Room is fully furnished
You would be responsible for the monthly rent ($), a renters fee, which you can get through an app called Lemonade (about $ a month), and 💡electricity this ranges between $-$ a month
what does fully furnish mean?
Each apartment is furnished with bedroom, living room furniture. All kitchen appliances, such as a ⛄ refrigerator, built-in ☢ microwave, dishwasher, icemaker and full oven range are included in every unit. We also have full-size washer and dryers in each apartment. Linens, shower curtains, decorations and 🎇cleaning supplies are not included. We suggest communicating with your roommates (once assigned) to decide who will bring these items.
