This unit has 3 other rooms that will not be occupied so you&#;ll be the only person staying in the apartment. This unit is fully furnished so it includes Apple 📺 tv, couch, ⛄ refrigerator, and a washer and dryer. 💡electricity and renters insurance is not included in rent. Also this apartment complex does a lot of activities including games provided with 🍕 food at least every 2 weeks. There is a computer lab including a works space. To add they have a game area and also a work out area not to mention a beautiful 🏊 pool next to the dog park. If you have an animal I&#;ve signed paper work saying you can have a dog so you may bring your dog. I will pay $ of first months rent and if you want to move in earlier in the month of May I will let you. 👩 females only!
