Looking to relet my 👨 son&#;s private bedroom / private bathroom at Hill Country Place to an interested 👨 male for the summer. Person who takes over lease for the summer must also sign a lease for the school year. For the summer he is in a furnished and spacious 2 x 2 with one other 👨 guy who is very responsible and respectful. not sure if you must remain in 2x2 for school year or if you could change to 4x4. You could call and ask. The office staff has always been so helpful. He has ❤️loved living at the complex, but has plans on moving home for the summer and has signed a new lease with friends next school year. Move in date would be in mid/late May through end of summer lease date is 7//. Rent total would be $. It is a first floor apartment right across from the 🚍 shuttlestop. We will pay the relet fee. This apartment complex is highly rated and very safe. Kitchen, bathroom and wood floors were remodeled this Spring! It is a fully furnished - with a bed and desk/chair in your room. Comes with couch, coffee table, bar stools, dishwasher, ⛄ fridge, ☢ microwave and washer and dryer. Everything is included in the price; Wi-Fi, 🌊 water etc. The only thing not included is 💡electricity which is split between the both roommates and usually comes out around $/month
