Michelle, the regional manager, threatened to call the police on me, simply for following up with my application. She told me that my leasing agent from apartments now was unprofessional despite the fact that we were both just following up with my application. I was told that I wasn't allowed to know why I was denied. And again, she threatened to CALL THE POLICE ON ME AND MY LEASING AGENT. I would not recommend anyone apply here. Michacelle also would not provide information to speak to her corporate office. Michelle also told me that making a review on Google wouldnt do anything. Yes these apartments are older, however we knew that moving in and they are in the process of updating them. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Alexandria has been our go too in the front office and she is great. Upon moving in we needed our toilet looked at and the kitchen counter fixed which I let her know and a couple of days later both were fixed. Yes it is kind of a pain having to take our clothes to get laundered, but again we knew we were moving into older apartments that did didn’t offer laundry appliances in the units. My fiance travels a lot for work and I always feel safe being in our apartment alone. It seems like most of the people that live there are students and families which is nice. That I would get my 250 desposit back from there cooperate office . Today I check my mail and there was a letter from chase hill. The letter Stated I had given her a 160 dollar money order which I had given a 250 money order and I would be getting back 150 . So my husband and I have been calling they turned the phones off like they closed for the day. So we called the realesreal company surprise surprise nobody answers there either. We have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I have nothing left to my parents/grandparents except those photos & they threw out my things prior to my move out date. I've served this country for 6 years & have never experienced something so cold hearted. After just speaking with one of the workers today, there wasn't even any sympathy. They only care for their money. Every single month, I was expect to pay around $1.2k for a $936 room. Only because of my pay period, which I brought this up to the manager. However, that was overlooked, they will not work with you. Feb 2019: DETAILED INFORMATION** So let me just say if your looking to just get by then these apartments are decent for only that. Just recently I tried to get into the office to do laundry (machine is inside) and the whole management had left nearly an hour or 2 early with no notice. Putting in orders is a pain because they never really get to you, although maintenance is very friendly. These apartments are all infested with roaches, mold, and nats. The fridge, sink, and toilets had to be fixed by me and my roomate in order to get by. These apartments are to exspensive for what is given. Old and ran down with no management that cares.Jan 2019: So far my experience hasnt been great, we filed a work order to fix the hot water and yet a little over a month later nothing has been accomplished. They claim to have had someone check it but nothing came as a result, the water was mildly warm at best. Typically you shouldnt have to run your water for 5 minutes to get that type of results... Then out of nowhere they claim they are cleaning the hot water tank out without advising the tenants so now we have had no hot water and it has been this way for 2 days. I understand maintenance but typically they notify before hand so we are aware. Also the roaches are pretty bad here. So other than not having hot water ever here and roaches the place is average. Biggest floor plan for $804 . The apartments are nice inside but have OLD appliances ,when I moved in my carpet was not cleaned it was dark brown ,It had dog hair also Dog Piss smell in the closet carpet .Dog bite marks where the patio door is . Other then that was okay . Until it's been almost a year and Now everything they glued together is coming apart ,My Carpet to my apartment had rised up from the edges and NAILS are sticking out . My 1Year gashed his knee today and I told the office manager not even was she concerned , she was more concerned about when I was gonna be able to pay the rest of my rent which was$40 I owed now they charge $100 the first day your late also 10 a day after. I believe one star is too mach for this place. actually they Deducted around half of our deposit because the oven was damaged although it was damaged before we came there. this place have cockroaches and mice. there are a lots of cheep apartment complex in San Antonio but believe me its the worst Review from GoogleMar 2018: Only stayed here a year and a half (was able to sign 2 nine month leases without a price increase) and the things that have happened!! This studio apartment was a fixer upper... while I was living there!! All while I lived there, my bathroom sink counter was resurfaced, my tub was resurfaced, and my toilet had a pump and valve replaced (my toilet wouldn’t flush properly for a good month *i live in a studio hello*). My fridge/freezer leaked constantly. Was told “you have one of the old refrigerators (tan one). These apartments are so old and they just paint over the issues. My bathroom door hinges have rust on them and you can see it coming through the white paint so it’s a lovely pink color!! Carpet is so cheap and old, it is coming up from the corners. There are no pest problems.. the units are older bit in good condition considering .. my main complain is that unlike other apartments they don't want tenants to renew leases or stay.. I've been here several years and they used to offer an upgrade or carpet cleaning to get you to sign again.. now they jack your rent up between $40-$60 every six months and offer no incentive . Additiponally I was told I was bering offered $10 of rent but it was actually the higher price they show online.. so disappointing given that my daughter and I have been here 3.5 years! Recently applied here 11/22/17. Brought 400$ money order. 100$ app 250$ security deposit 50$ was extra I was told by apartment locator to take 400$ which left 50$ over no biggie. Went home read reviews all from present to past saying BUG INFESTATION. then remembered they did say they charge like 90$ extra to rent for unit pest control .Just graduated college , 3 son's can't take a chance on bugs . The next bussiness day11/24/17 they called me first n said she is ABOUT to run my app just have a few more questions. I told her what I saw and ask for my deposit back to continue to look around offering her the app fee for inconvenience ig ..u Kno. she said ok let me call u back. No call back for 3 days. Their properties are ALL roach infested and BED BUG infested. The infestations are so bad that the roaches are out parking cars in the lot. When a resident has bed bugs they DO NOT treat the adjoining units which is recommended by any reputable pest control agency. This means you'll never get rid of them. The gate at Chase is constantly broken, the washers are always broken, and don't get me started on the interior of these atrocious apartments. Sure it may look nice at first glance, but look deeper, there is a lot of bandages used to cover up the true issues. The regional and manager at Chase only care about one thing, the bottom line. They just care about making money. If something is broken, and you call the office they never fix the problem, they just tell you to not use it or they put tape on it. Awful! All applications, carpet, floor everything is so old and lack of maintenance, the staff are all very rude and not professional. Most importantly, they don't want to help, for example, when you tell them that you got confirmation of package delivery to the office, they won't look up carefully for you, instead they will ask you to offer the signature of whoever sign for the package. (a lot of times you don't have a signature). And they never gave out any notice of receiving package, change of schedule, holiday scheduling.
Review from 1/16/17 on Apartment RatingsSep 2016: WORST APARTMENT EVER! They will screw you over as much as they can. The staff there is horrible! That place is infested with bugs. The maintenance takes 1-2 months to fix anything. When I moved out I made sure the apartment was very clean. I left it cleaner the it was when I got it. But they are charging me over $700 in fees. I never sent me a bill saying I owed them money. When I called two months later to see if I will get my deposit back they said no I have a bill and its going to be sent to collections. I took pictures of the apartment of the way I left it and I will be taking this to court.

Then the management is completely useless and you'll never receive your deposit back bc no matter what they'll find something to charge. $128.00 for kitchen drip pans idk what that is. Then $109.00 for "touch up paint". These are the ultimate grimey slum lords.
