Looking for someone to take over my lease here at Aspen Heights. You can choose any floor plan you want with the roommates you would like and the rent won&#;t necessarily be nor will you currently be living in my current home. I need someone to simply take over the lease for me and if changes want to be made Aspen will honor those changes. I am offering a hundred dollar incentive to whoever is willing to take over my lease.
