Sep 2019: Not bad apartments and the staff is nice, but issues take too long to get fixed. So far I've got about three tickets and, some of which were put in about 6 months ago, and no results. Review from Google
Aug 2019: Sub par in EVERY aspect. Absentee owners and it shows. They hire cut rate contractors. Battling roaches constantly. Needed somewhere in an emergency situation otherwise we never, ever would've even toured. Last summer a body was discovered in a bathtub and occupants brought up on Abuse of a Corpse and several drug charges. Dirty and trashy. I'm embarrassed to tell folks I live here. Review from Google
Aug 2019: Poorly maintained grounds (owners not picking up after their animals) pool area and other areas littered with cigarette butts. The apartment I lived in was infested with cockroaches from neighboring apartments. Could not use laundry facility because it took tokens not quarters, only place to get quarters was office with same hours as where I worked so was very difficult for me to purchase them... Review from Google
Jul 2019: Been here since January 2019. Nice apartment and staff. Jenn and Amanda are a pleasure to deal with and talk to about any problems or issues that arise. Have noticed improvements and additions to the come recently. Neighbors are friendly . No problems at all . Review from Google
May 2019: I applied for an apartment in May of 2019. Dont waste your time on this apartment complex. $700 a month for an apartment that looks so ghetto on the outside. And the inside is very small and you dont even get a patio. You can find much nicer, more spacious apartments for the same price elsewhere. I had one person in the office telling me I was approved and that the apartment was reserved for me. And then I was told by management the very next day that I was unapproved due to my credit score. Ive never experienced such a lack of professionalism and lack of communication like this at any other complex. They drag out the application process in order to keep your security deposit which they say they will give back in 30 days. Dont trust these people they are very fake. Review from Google

Mar 2019: Love it love love it. I lived everywhere. south knoxville is my favorite because I coach and mentor the youth out there but I’m just a hop skip and a jump away. As far as housing goes. I’ve never lived in an apartment complex with such great staff and prices. The staff makes it easy. Very quite spot and well located. So many nice restaurants nearby. I can’t wait to find someone special and invite them over for dinner and a evening of smooth jazz. Review from Google
Aug 2018: Well I was going to look at an apartment but when I came at my SCHEDULED appointment, they were out to lunch. I wasted my time and gas driving all the way up here for NOTHING!!! Review from Google

Jun 2018: I have lived here since February, and I have not had any issues. For the price, I feel like I have a good setup. The only thing I would change if I could would be to have A/C in my bedroom. It gets pretty toasty so I have to have fans on all the time. Other than that, I'm comfortable, feel safe, and I'm pleased with the management. They do their best to keep their residents happy! Glad I moved in! Review from Google
Apr 2018: Fantastic place to start off, well kept, and the staff is courteous and maintenance workers quick and discreet. Review from Google
Mar 2018: This are really bad apartment because they don’t have cameras so if something bad happens the won’t know who or what did it, they take a lot of time until fixing things Review from Google
Mar 2018: Extremely dishonest. I have never lived here, but let me tell you a little story. I had applied for an apartment that was listed as $654. Everywhere on the application it was listed for that price. Suddenly, after I had paid the fees and submitted my application they had said the rent was actually going to be much more. Of course, I wanted my application fee back (which was $200) because they had lied about the price. I even showed them what I had signed where it said it would be only $654. They would not give it back. Come to find out, they were not supposed to even charge me an application fee in the first place because I am a student, but they made up some lie that the fee I paid was for my guarantor even though I did not have a guarantor application. As me and my mother sent multiple emails to Tony trying to explain this to him, his respon Review from Google
Dec 2017: -two year resident- -one bed apartment- Only negative thing I have to say about this place is the laundry facility. I do wish they had W/D connections. Every now n then, the washers and dryers will mess up. But, the maintenance team fixes it within a timely manner. Maintenance is a little lazy sometimes and a tad sloppy, but they do get the job done. The staff is very friendly! I especially like Tony. They’re all helpful. But when the washers and dryers mess up, the staff will definitely re-issue tokens for the inconvenience. Just bring it to their attention, with an email, a phone call, or Facebook message. They also offer a discount card which we use all the time at Applebee’s! It saves us like 10% on our bill! It works at other places as well! This place isn’t too bad all-in-all. Reason I’m giving a 4 star, is the laundry facility Review from Google
Oct 2017: Great community to call home. Lived here for over 10 years, and the staff has treated me like family from day one. From Brittany, to Hailey and Tony, you can't ask for a better front office. The maintenance staff is A-1 as well. If and whenever I've had to call for them, they show up quickly to address the issue. Neighbors are great and friendly, no issues of crime, and the pool, grounds and laundry facilities are well kept. Review from Google
Oct 2017: THIS IS TROY. GIVE five stars TO WINDSOR COURT APARTMENTS. I'VE LIVED HERE 16 YEARS AND I PERSONALLY KNOW. THAT IF I HAVE A SECURITY ISSUE. THAT I CAN CALL OUR ON PROPERTY. KNOX COUNTY. POLICE DEPARTMENT. VIA WINDSOR COURT TO. TAKE CARE OF SITUATIONS AT HAND! PERIOD! THEY ARE GREAT FOR TOTAL SECURITY AGAINST. DRUG DEALERS. AND LOOZERS. AND ALSO IF I HAVE HAD ANY APARTMENT MAINTENANCE PROBLEM. AT ANY TIME OF DAY OR NIGHT. THE WINDSOR COURT STAFF AND CREW. HAVE TOTALLY. TAKEN CARE OF ME AND MY FAMILY. FOR 16 YEARS! SINCERELY. TROY Review from Google
Oct 2017: Windsor Court is a great place to live from my experience. The people who work it are nice and professional in their dealings. It's a quiet place to live with mostly friendly people. It's position along the Knoxville Area Transit route. More specifically the route 90, which is active during the day, and you are not too far off on the route 20 (Central Ave./Clinton Hwy.), but expect to walk a good bit to get back to the apartments. It close to several restaurants and grocery stores. Plus it won't take you too long to make it to fountain city if you want to head there. Also it's near a highway stop or two as well if you drive. Jun 2017: UPDATE: Brittany, the manager of the leasing office at Windsor Court, responded very quickly to the pest control situation once she was aware of it. She had them clean off all the bugs and cobwebs off the window the same day. I am stupefied by the response rate of the staff! 5 stars OLD REVIEW: I'm currently doing a sub-lease with a roommate at the Oxford, and I've been living here for almost a month. I've had a pleasant stay overall. The staff is very friendly, especially Tony! If you need any help or just to talk, ask for him. He's the man!! Maintenance is on a whole other level-EXCEPTIONAL! They come in to fix our problem ASAP, usually the same day I submit my request! In regards to the staff, I'll rate them 5/5. I removed one star from the overall rating due to pest control. While there's no infestation, I've had a bunch of old cobwebs Review from Google
Mar 2017: The staff is amazing. It truly feels like home. I have lived in an efficiency and a one bedroom room and love both. The layouts are great and both areas have their own pool. If you are looking for a place, do yourself a favor and end your search here. Review from 3/11/17 on Google
Nov 2016: I have been living at Windsor Court for a little over a year now and I have to say that I have little to no complaints about being here. It is an all around friendly neighborhood to be in and all of the residents are very welcoming. The management staff here at Windsor Court goes above and, beyond to help their residents and will do what they can to work with them in tight situations and I can personally vouch for them on that. The management has always been quick to respond, especially in some pretty dire emergencies. I will, and already have, definitely recommend this complex to others. Nov 2016: We have lived here for 1.5 yrs and the main thing I love about Windsor court is that they are pet friendly, and there is no monthly pet rent, just a one time payment. XXXX is the best person to talk to in the office. Everyone is really nice, and the on site security officer lives in my building and is very nice to talk to. My neighbors love my dog and are always great to her. I also like that we have the garage and pool as well. The buildings are older but very well taken care of and well insulated. Any maintenance issues we have had have been dealt with quickly and the maintenance guys are super nice and come at any time there is an emergency. Review from 11/14/16 on Apartment Ratings
Oct 2016: My elderly retired mother went to the Windsor apartment complex for a tour and was ask to fill out some paperwork for a credit inquiry, she complied and paid not only for the application fee but for what was referred to as a reservation fee. This was on a Thursday my mother decided she wanted to continue to live where she was and we called first thing Monday morning and was told that the reservation fee was not cancelled within the 72 hour time frame (by my calculations Thursday, Friday and calling on Monday is not quite 72 hours). We were told that they do not go by business days! Review from 10/27/16 on Apartment Ratings
Feb 2016: I know I've only lived here for 5 months so far and I just love it. Management is sweet and very considerate with their customers. They helped with every problem I've encountered and made me feel welcome when I first arrived. Rent is cheap, its close to many restaurants and stores, and neighbors don't bother anyone. Its a great place to start out on your own. Thank you Windsor Court for making me and my boyfriend feel at home. I plan on staying for awhile.(: Review from 2/4/16 on Google
Aug 2015: Windsor Court Apartments is a great place to live. The apartments are located off of Cedar Lane. The Management team is very helpful and incorporates great perks to living here. The swimming pool is also a great perk. If any maintenance issues arise, the management team handles it in a timely manner. Overall Grade A Service. Nice Community. May 2014: The staff are the best thing about this place. Very friendly and responsive to all requests. Every repair I have requested was done in 48 hrs, usually the same day. If you are a non smoker and you hate smoke as much as I do (passionately), you may want to go somewhere else. A huge percentage of the tenants here smoke. Neighbors share attic space and the smoke will some through your ventilation system. People will stand close to your windows and smoke as well. Review from 05/09/14 on Apartment Ratings
Mar 2014: I love Windsor court so far !They were great helping us get in our apartment and really friendly. They also have real great deals and had awesome offers, discounts for places like restaurants and so much more. love them. Review from 03/26/14 on Apartment Ratings
